What a nonsense, Bill I'm sure you are joking and don't believe this nonsense.

What you are missing is that 71 million of Trump voters are not yet willing to go in to Biden's dark whiner.
Many want to know if their vote was stolen or compromised. Because when illegal votes are counted it compromised your citizenship and a citizenship of all Americans.

Trump campaign sued to block Pennsylvania election result.
One complaint are listing of number of precincts, within district and municipal boundaries in PA that show 100% votes to Biden.
Very unusual pattern, its not 90%/10% with some votes to Trump but greedy 100%.
The article by The Federalist has been shared thousands of times.

The article makes several claims taht Biden got 100% of votes in big overnight vote dumps but Trump strangely got none.
Antrim County, Michigan, announced a suspicious recount after an apparent Democrat win in a previously Republican county gained national attention; and Pennsylvania will count indisputably late mail-in ballots even if they have no postmark.

lets see what comes out of this.

It doesn't matter what they want. The election is over.

Let's at least get the irrelevant facts correct. Trump is now at 72 million votes (which is the MOST votes for President in our history! Well Except for Biden) and Biden at 77 million and still counting.

Most likely it is. But the checking of allegations etc will continue, some will be filtered out, maybe most.
Election Fraud Allegations will Be resolved In Court, not by persuading me, or you etc.
They investigate the latest credible claims out of Nevada where a whistle-blower in the Clark County Elections Department in Nevada claims poll workers fabricated proof of residence for illegal voters.
If it will show to be false it will be folded.

This is the same level of fantasy thinking that Democrats engaged in four years ago when they hoped those in the Electoral College would cross the aisle and vote for Clinton. I get it, you don't like the result, and you want to keep some sort of desperate hope alive that somehow that result will be magically changed. But just as they looked silly four years ago, you look silly now.

They are. So far, 13 suits have been dismissed with none upheld--or even allowed to proceed.

Assuming the Trump campaign would lead with its best arguments, its hard to say where they could go from there. They got nuthin'.

TRUMP SUPPORTERS! Now is your chance, donate to the recount fund.

You are going to have to give huge amounts of money though in order to get much money to actually go to a recount. If you read the fine print most all of the money is really going into Trumps pocket, at least according to the fact check I saw on CBS.

It all depends from witch angle one is looking. Some point finger on left media such as CNN Collusion with Biden campaign on early coronation.
Others say mathematically some patterns are unreasonable that's also what is triggering skeptics to check. All the wide state fraud, glitches, and many patterns of hacking the system. Many in opposition say follow the Chinese money.
Is this real, time will show.

Others say Biden is not yet certified, so what about the calls he made discussions with UK, CA etc are they violations of Logan act? Citizens talking to foreign leaders are violating Logan act?
If this was Trump? The Marxist, Social media would be front page and all country and world would hear about Trump and Logan act.

Trump's intransigence is unprecedented. No losing candidate has EVER refused to concede like this. Gore in 2000 fought to ensure the count was carried out because Florida was so close (and the decisive state that year). Other than that, nothing. This is interfering with national security, the smooth transition for the Biden administration, even the inauguration.

On that last point, Biden's team should give Trump a date by which he needs to RSVP that he'll be attending, or lose his place. He doesn't have an inherent right to be there, and we know how Republicans (especially him) have trampled norms. But it is a party, and Biden's inauguration committee needs to be able to plan ahead. So give him a date to respond and then exclude him if he does not.

Trump can pursue all the silliness he wants, and Biden has to accept some of it, but not all of it.

One counter, though, is the ongoing issue of the Electoral College producing a result contrary to the will of the people, which was the case in 2016. There was, at least, a case to be made for faithless electors crossing over. Personally, I think it would have created far more chaos than it would have solved, so I was against the idea. But in 2020, faithless electors would be going against the will of the people. So, I agree: no.

You keep doing this, and it is troublesome for anyone who believes in democracy. Time has ALREADY shown. You're implying there is something to know that isn't known, yet you yourself have no way of knowing it, either. I realize this is the GOP's plan going forward. They found out that, unlike Obama, Biden isn't black. So they've decided to depict him as being elected illegitimately instead.

You keep couching your statement in a context of "we'll see." But we already know that Republicans will never "see." They don't want to. They want this instead. It's not going to last hours, or days, or weeks. It will last until the next election, because the last thing the GOP can muster is a cogent, policy-based reason for electing their candidate, in 2020 or into the future. Good luck!

There is the joke that Trump is going to make 71.971.508 trials as he is going to sue personally everyone who dared to vote against him. I think this sarcasm is well earned.

I understand your point and respect what you have to say.
But I can't ignore all the allegations and on going fight to prove wide spread fraud, irregularities.
As long as there is a challenge there is expectation for it to end.
So this is why I say time will show.

All of the allegations are made up nonsense! If any were real then that is what would be in court being litigated. Nothing in court has stood up past the initial smell test. The judges have just looked at the nonsense and thrown the case out as obviously baseless.

You can continue to hope. I know that you enjoy this dance around reality that Trump likes his cult followers to engage in.

Well, Lerner, perhaps you will answer a straightforward question with a straightforward answer. If the courts dismiss all of Trump's suits, will you then accept that Biden won and is the rightful President Elect?

I would feel much better about the results if all allegations are dismissed and Biden gets certified as the President Elect, yes he will be rightful president.

From what I read and hear it appears that there were irregularities most likely because of extra load and nobody wants to admit they couldn't handle the work volume as hard as everybody worked.
And no I don't think judges are controlled like in Soviet Union by politburo. There can be very small % that are letting politics to play a role as all are human.
But why did Democrats fought so hard to prevent Conservative Judges on SCOTUS?

But I will feel even better if SCOTUS issue an opinion.

Question? Do you think the Conservative Judges in SCOTUS are not objective in their rulings?

I would say more the "sense of the plurality" than the "will of the people", but I do agree that it would have been potentially disruptive. (Although I'll admit to being pleased when I saw Faith Spotted Eagle was one of the beneficiaries.)

Your assertion is not true. If any were real then that is what would be in court being litigated. Nothing in court has stood up past the initial smell test. The judges have just looked at the nonsense and thrown the case out as obviously baseless.

Regarding your weird assertion that a ruling by SCOTUS would somehow make you feel better, if the cases are so weak that there is nothing to litigate and the case is thrown out as having zero merit why would it make you feel better to have SCOTUS waste their time on it? SCOTUS only reviews a small fraction of the total court cases way less than 0.0001% of the cases in the system.

Of course, you are free to continue to hope.

First, Lerner, let me say that your reply gives me considerable comfort. You may believe in Donald Trump but you are not willing to abandon the American Experiment in democracy and the rule of law just to keep him in power. I hope, and expect, that many others will think as you do.

Second, no, I don’t confuse a judge's personal religious beliefs or social ideals with how that judge will apply the law. Judges really don't work that way because lawyers don't work that way and most judges are lawyers first. I am not really worried about SCOTUS in any way.
