This is why I said IF.
If no evidence then soon Biden will be certified and inaugurated as the President of the USA.

When district Judge in GA said - In fact, this lawsuit seems to be less about achieving the relief Plaintiffs seek – as much of that relief is beyond the power of this Court.
The district court will not go against what people has spoken. I agree with that.
But the plaintiff will appeal to a higher curt that has the power to make the right call IF the case is proven.
There these who state they got the evidence and some credible people alleging irregularities. This is being checked.

SCOTUS will provide something on PA tomorrow if I'm not mistaken.
Justice Alito's decision to deliver by December 9 if I'm not mistaken. Or earlier like tomorrow evening.
Their decision could return the electoral votes of Pennsylvania back to President Trump. Or dismiss the case.

    Absolutely not .
But only what is right constitutionally and obviously by the law.
    "People Have Spoken"

    As to other issues.
Something to do with SCOTUS and PA.

What some are arguing is how he lost.

This is why I said IF. There has been no evidence presented that could effect this election up to this point. The FBI has been investigating any and all leads and Bill Barr said that nothing has been found that could possibly change the election. The government HHS said this was the most secure fraud free election in our history. Republican governors and secretaries of state are saying similar things. The only folks claiming differently are the folks associated with the President that wants you to donate to his election count fund. (Most of the money of which just goes into Trump's pocket to do with as he chooses.)

    Again, they are fighting back.

But their NOT "arguing." That's the point. Their court filings are empty and pointless.

I'm much more concerned about Trump committing crimes by asking government officials to break the law on his behalf. As always, he does these things in plain sight.

Who is "they"? The Trump campaign disavowed Powell. That means she's just another baseless conspiracy nut.

AP represents private citizens who have rights even if they are Trump supporters "Deplorables".

Today, December 8, is safe harbor day. Electoral votes certified before today will not be subject to challenge by congress. Biden has already secured enough certified votes to win.

My kneejerk thought at this point was, "Because yesterday was Pearl Harbor Day?"

Eww. Not nice. Besides, to the Imperial Japanese Navy, the Pearl Harbor attack DID happen on December 8.

No, they are NOT fighting back. They are putting on a show to sucker supporters into donating more money to Trump.

You are wrong, Trump supporters are fighting back and from what I see are not going to stop challenging 4 states. Not a show but a fight against what they perceive as stolen elections.
They know how the left media and the left portraying this and simply ignoring it.
TX is alleged violated constitution so there will be appeals and challenges there with hope to get to SCOTUS. They will support Trump 2024 bid if needed.
And the other 3 or 4 states as far fetched as it is they are still fighting in courts even when loosing.
Trump team is going to use all legal constitutional options that they have.

The Texas Attorney General sued several battleground states asking the U.S. Supreme Court to throw the election in Trump's favor. The total lack of evidence aside, I wonder what possible business it is of Texas how another State conducts its elections? It will go nowhere.

Long shot, but allowed under the law.
State of Texas, they’re aiming to help Trump upend the results here.
They said yesterday or today, rather, they have filed suit against the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, State of Texas has, at the Supreme Court, calling changes they made to election procedures amid the coronavirus pandemic unlawful.

Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV on Tuesday that Texas’ attempt to sue multiple other states over the 2020 presidential election is a “creative approach,” that “almost certainly” won’t overturn the results of the election."
Adding that “it’s never been tried before,” but “it probably will be taken seriously by the Supreme Court. Will it result in an undoing of the election? Almost certainly not.”

Some on the right say "we’re gonna find out very soon how serious the Supreme Court is — we know that Justice Alito is serious."

I didn't say that his supporters are not fighting back. I was saying that Trump is not really fighting as much as just putting on a show. The show serves two purposes really. First it makes Trump feel better. Second, it encourages his supporters to donate money to the Reelection Recount fund. I saw one estimate the fight has cost about 20 million dollars. That's for attorney fees and paying the states to do vote recounts. The take home profit is over ten times that.

As to the rest of your post it is just the latest nonsense being used to jerk you poor souls around by the nose in Trump's fantasy land.

For the same reason I spent 1992 watching Monday Night Football on Tuesday mornings. (Or, typically, tape-delayed Tuesday night.)
