Worst university name

And for some crazy reason they called the rest of the North Mercia instead of Nussex. No wonder they lost to the Normans,

 

I think Wrexham Glyndŵr University has the strangest name I've heard.

Because we can't pronounce it.

 

Not that strange. Welsh actually. Glyndwr used to be spelled Glendower by us hopeless English. Owain Glyndwr was a great man in Welsh history.​
