All I got to say is good luck with that!

Thank you, sir. However, it has nothing to do with luck. Godspeed and make America great again!

Here is an example of “circling the bowl.” While discussing the possibility of Palestinian elections in Israel, Hilllary Clinton said that elections should be rigged. To be exact, Ms. Clinton said: “And if we were going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win.”

You can hear Clinton’s election-rigging statement here (14 seconds):

I can't see a scenario where either candidate could do that, especially morally. I don't see either as moral people, because well, they really aren't. One has no couth publicly or privately, the other has no couth privately and is a complete phony publicly. One admits to their evils, the other lies about their evils. It's a true pick your poison situation.

If it truly mattered, this would be the worst situation for America to have two people who surely are unfit and are simply not good people. But at this point, I've come to terms with it not really mattering anymore. Sure, one issue or two may be addressed either for or against your liking, but if your favorite gets the seat will our overall lives improve? Deep in our hearts, we all know that it won't because we've been through this all of our lives.

I've been on this earth for a long time now, and in that time I have yet to see any elected official ever make any significant positive change that stuck nor have I seen anything good that wouldn't have happened without them. I have watched things only get worse, from the rising prices to the wages that haven't kept up, to the all-but-dead industrial base, to the toxic genetically modified trash our so-called officials have allowed into a great deal of our food supply. I don't expect any of that to change either, and certainly neither of these two people would be able to change it even if they had the ability, which neither do.

All of the energy wasted on this... and the only thing it really shows us is just how divided we are and how dependent as a nation we remain on false hope.

Many Americans have a prosperous, righteous and safe vision of the United States that extends 200 to 300 years into the future. Trials, tribulations and hardships will come, but the future looks good.

    I agree with this.

Yes, there are plenty of reasons that Clinton is morally unfit to lead anyone, much less a whole country. But none of those reasons makes Trump any less unfit.

It would be nice to read your assessment of President Donald Trump, after he leaves the oval office at the end of his 8th year, to hand the electoral reigns over to Pence. You will have eight years of his leadership decisions to judge!

I'm willing to bet actual cash money that doesn't happen. Are you?

Yes, I most certainly am. You too may place your bet at the Iowa Electronic Market (IEM). Unfortunately, the max you can place is only $500. Here is the link:
IEM - Iowa Electronic Markets - The University of Iowa

    Here are current quotes:
2016 US Presidential Election Markets - Iowa Electronic Markets - The University of Iowa

The IEM market is probably going to turn upside down because of yesterday's (10.28.16) announcement that the FBI is re-opening Hillary Clinton's email investigation, which could lead to her arrest or indictment long after the election on November 8th. The best time to place money with IEM was about a month ago (or further back).

This is not an entirely accurate statement. But you knew that.

    There may be cross-pollination between:
    - Clinton's private email server
    - Weiner's pedafilic emails/texts (no pun intended)
    - NSA top secret emails
    - Devices shared by Weiner and Huma Abedin for some or all of the above
    - Obama communications

That's just the tip of the iceberg. It is a mess.

The emails came to light as a part of the Anthony Weiner investigation. They are being examined to determine if there is any relevance to the Clinton email investigation. The emails may be relevant, they may not. They may have already been reviewed from other sources. If they are found to be relevant the investigation may be reopened but at this time it remains closed. That is accurate.

FBI Director James B. Comey wrote three major points in his letter to Congress (on 10.28.16):

    1. In connection with an unrelated [Weiner] case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the [Clinton] investigation.

    2. I [Comey] agree with the investigative team that the FBI should investigate to see if the emails are classified.

    3. I [Comey] cannot predict how long it will take

The criminal investigation is now re-opened and it is subsequently illegal to disclose any evidentiary information to the public, until the case is closed. Since Hillary Clinton is a lawyer, she knows that e.g. she knows that criminal investigative information cannot be released for public consumption until the case is closed. She is grandstanding when she publicly demands that any and all evidence be immediately released for public consumption e.g. Clinton knows it's illegal to do that.

The FBI director wrote that he had previously testified to Congress that the FBI "had completed its investigation of former Secretary Clinton's personal email server." He now amends that by telling Congressional leaders that, "the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation... I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps to allow investigators to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation."

It certainly sounds as if the investigation had been "completed" but now "appropriate investigative steps" are being undertaken and the investigators are back at work.

Which in so many words is precisely what Me Again said.

    The real question is:

Why was the investigation re-opened 10 or 11 days before the November 8th presidential election?

    Anyone care to speculate?

In his earlier public announcement about Hillary's email server, Comey began by laying out step-by-step what looked to be all of the elements of a case against Hillary. Then he changed direction entirely, saying that while "there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgement is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."

The question there is who the "our" in "our judgement" refers to. Reports are that many career FBI agents think that his decision not to recommend prosecution was totally political and that it tarnishes the FBI's reputation for impartiality and for being above politics. Reports are that a solid majority in the FBI think that he screwed up big-time and are unhappy about how it reflects both on them and on the agency.

So first off, it may be Comey trying to restore his reputation within the FBI.

Second, in order for Comey to do this eleven days before the election, the new evidence has to be something big. The following is just my speculation, but...

Earlier information turned over in response to FOIA requests has individuals within Hillary's circle being told that Huma Abedin archives Hillary's emails and that she may have particular emails that people were asking about. So Hillary unilaterally deletes tens of thousands of emails from her server, deciding on her own initiative that they are "irrelevant". Her server is scrubbed so completely that it's impossible for the FBI to reconstruct them.

Now tens of thousands of Huma Abedin's emails that the FBI considers pertinent to the investigation somehow show up on Anthony Wiener's computer. The question naturally arises, have Hillary's missing emails been found?

Questions arise regarding Anthony Weiner's possession of this material. If there is classified information in the huge cache of emails, and if Weiner wasn't cleared to possess it, then even if Hillary didn't directly give him the information, it still found its way into his possession through the informal and completely insecure way she and her friends handled state secrets.

Certainly the possibility exists that there is nothing even remotely damaging in this trove of emails. But... the fact that the FBI Director released this just eleven days before the election, suggests that prima facie, it looks to them like this might be very big indeed.

Have you been following the current events? The country's healthcare system is on the verge of collapse (thanks, 100%, to the Democrats and their "We have to pass it to see what's in it" attitude about Obamacare), the United States is a worldwide laughingstock because our "leader" is a gutless appeasing coward, and a woman who should be serving a lengthy Federal prison sentence for violating the Espionage Act is actually a serious candidate to be POTUS.

The Founding Fathers would be shooting by now. Forget the Founding Fathers, people like JFK and Ronald Reagan are doing pinwheels in their graves over the sorry state this country has become.

If the 33,000+ bleached emails are recovered on Weiner’s laptop, then it will be interesting to see if they are felonious. That would prove that Clinton destroyed incriminating evidence
