The kneecaps of the DNC have been broken with Comey’s announcement that there is new evidence against Clinton that is being investigated. The DNC will obviously never be the same, for many years to come (and certainly for this election cycle).

Assange is now saying that the next batch of Wikileaks will have enough information in it to arrest Hillary Rodham Clinton – but that remains to be seen.

Obama previously intimated that he believes Trump is not fit to be president, so it will be interesting to see what kind of executive action Obama takes after Trump is elected. Will Obama claim the election was rigged because Comey released investigative information 11 days before the election?

Here is a conspiratorial conundrum and speculation:

FIRST POINT: Obama has previously said that if Mitt Romney had beaten him in the 2012 election, then Obama would have respected Romney’s presidency because he believes Romney is competent to be president. However, Obama then said that Donald Trump is not fit to be president. The inference is that Obama will not recognize a Trump presidency.

SECOND POINT: FBI Director Comey unleashed a legal bombshell (figuratively) eleven days before the November 8th election by announcing that Hillary Clinton is under criminal investigation for her NSA email fiasco. Comey is prohibited by law from disclosing detailed criminal evidence against Hillary, until the investigation is concluded (and the investigation will not be concluded prior to the November 8th election). Common sense says that the announcement that Clinton is being criminally investigated will swing the election by causing most undecided citizens to vote for Trump instead of Hillary. Who wants to vote for someone who is being investigated for criminal activities? The conundrum and conspiratorial concern is that if voters elect Trump, then will Obama use his presidential authority (via executive order) to declare the election is void for the reasons listed here?

ANALYSIS: The United States has never faced this kind of an odd predicament. The U.S. is unique because the Constitutional framers ingeniously “divided power” three ways among (1) the presidency, (2) Congress, and (3) SCOTUS.

QUESTION: Does a sitting president (by executive order) have the statutory authority to declare a future presidency null and void?

Hopefully Obama will honor a Trump presidency, despite the issues listed above, thus rendering the question moot.

For the sake of raising a possibility that me again has not covered in his incendiary rhetoric:

If Clinton wins, Obama, as one of his last acts, could pardon her. Remember that Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon as one of his first acts, thus guaranteeing his own defeat down the road and giving us Jimmy Carter.

After all, it's not like Obama has been lax on issuing pardons.

But let’s return to the actual topic of this thread: Who will win, the alleged crook, or the latest incarnation of Hitler?

In the past week, I started out in south central Ohio, bopped over to northeast Pennsylvania, then down to Virginia. After a quick visit to a seaport in North Carolina, it was down to Georgia to swap trailers, then back to northeast Ohio via Alabama, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

In the northern states I tend to stick to Interstate routes. In the south, my routing took my on a lot of U.S. and state highways, which often go through farm country and small towns. And in all of the states, over the past several months, I have seen a veritable merde-load of Trump-Pence lawn signs. In fact, until last week, the only] Clinton-Kaine sign I saw was on a new age store of some kind. It’s only in the last week that I’ve seen more than one Clinton-Kaine sign.

I find it interesting that every election sign I’ve seen in several trips to Virginia in the past several months was for Trump-Pence. Why interesting? Becauase Tim Kaine is currently a senator from Virginia. Therefore, it would appear that his home court advantage isn’t serving them well.

Now, all polls are currently projecting that Hillary will win. But if you go stricty by lawn signs, you could get a different impression.

So, am I projecting who will win? Nope. We won’t know that until November 9th (the day after the election). Because lawn signs are hardly a scientific method of predicting these things.

Personally, I hope it’s Hillary because I’ve recently been experiencing some arthritis in my right shoulder. I’d have some trouble doing the “Zieg heil!” salute. :smokin:

The following article reflects my own opinion on why Director Comey released the information to Congress 11 days prior to the Nov. 8 election (please bypass the title of the article):

Dr. Levicoff and fellow esteemed colleagues, here are four interesting short-clip youtubes for you to watch. This is posted before the election, at a time when Dr. Levicoff (and many others) are completely unaware that Trump is our next president.

    1. John Paul Jackson (deceased):
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqMDSURQPuU (3 minutes & 10 seconds)
Dream interpretation of Trump bulldozing through the White House to "clean up" Washington DC.

    2. Sundar Selvaraj:

Caught-up to heaven and told that Trump is the next president.

Trump is born again and will be next president.

John the Baptist was a prophet of God and he wore camels hair "inside out" because it was rough on his body. That's strange. During our lifetime, are prophets of God different from the rest of us? You be the judge!

    Enjoy!

Clinton's supporters have demonstrated remarkable resistance to caring about how crooked she is. I see no reason this will be any different.

That is true. However, many other voters can still be swayed, such as the "undecideds" and the independents.

Can an election result be cancelled?

I am not permitted to endorse or anti-endorse any candidate for political office or ballot measure. This is a consequence of my current job. But I am permitted to talk about the law and work to improve the administration of justice. So, with that in mind, I thought I'd weigh in on this suggestion noted above.

It is very common in State constitutions and other basic governing laws that an incumbent serves until his successor qualifies for the office. The intent is that no public office should remain vacant. Our New Mexico constitution works that way. But the federal constitution does not.

The 20th amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Sec. 1 states:

"The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of the Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin."

The remainder of the 20th Amendment provides for the line of succession. Should the President elect die or otherwise not qualify to enter into the office, the Vice-President-elect is sworn in as President. Nowhere is there any provision for "holding over".

And if for some reason there were neither a president-elect nor VP-elect by Inauguration Day, the new Speaker of the House would become acting president.

But it's not like that's going to happen.

False prophets. God has more style than to use these wazoos. I suggest that you read, and add to your list of favorites, 1 Thessalonians 5:21.

Meanwhile, we're nine days from the election itself, so at this point, I'm going to let this subject ride. And, come January, we will all have the same President, whomever she may be.* :silly:

Weiner’s initial rock hard election in New York was completely deflated by his sexting, which has also led to electile dysfunction (ED) in the DNC's presidential race-to-the-bottom.

    LOL

That’s another psyco-suggestive biased “poll” that is designed to manipulate public opinion. The goal of many of the biased polls is to cause people to say, “Aw gee Wally, the election is over and Trump never had a chance. Gee whiz, let’s go home.” Here is the headline of the dubious article:

“Florida Disaster for Trump as 28% Early Voting Republicans Vote for Clinton”

The misleading headline is suggestive that the “28%” calculation (of early votes of Floridian GOP voters) is an official tabulation of actual votes. The fact is, as of today (11.2.16), the official tally of votes has not been released for public consumption. The official tally only shows how many Democrats and Republicans have voted (but it does not show who they voted for -- as of today).

In another dubious poll, the pollster polled 62% Democrats and 30% Republicans (the remaining respondents were other party affiliation’s). The poll results subsequently favored Hillary Clinton, so it was presented for public consumption as a legitimate unbiased poll (without disclosing the above biased statistics). It’s just another psyco-suggestive biased poll that is designed to manipulate public opinion. The public is starting to understand that these polls are manipulated to achieve unholy ideological objectives.

In another poll, the pollster titled his article as:

“Why are uneducated whites voting for Trump?”

The obvious biased implication is that only stupid uneducated people are voting for Trump. It’s another psyco-suggestive biased poll that is designed to manipulate public opinion to achieve ideological objectives. Many of these biased polls are not only ridiculous and deplorable, but they are unreliable.

CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, the New York Times and other socialist Politburo media outlets are operating as ideological machines. However, most Americans are now seeing through the communistic Politburo ideology. By the way: The New York "Politburo Times" continues to hemorrhage financially.

The citizens of the United States are going to speak loud and clear in a landslide, regardless of biased and fixed Politburo polls. When the election is over, you will be reminded of this. After the election, it is time for us to unify as American citizens with the goal of making America great again.

Well you're right and you're wrong. You're right in that it does not show who they voted for. But you're wrong in that it does not only show how many Democrats and Republicans voted, it actually lists their names and addresses. This allows the pollsters to call them and inquire as to which way they voted. That's what makes it a poll.

What is the link that shows the names and phone numbers of Floridians who voted?

Here is a link that shows how many Floridians have voted (but not their names, phone numbers or who they voted for):
    https://countyballotfiles.elections.myflorida.com/FVRSCountyBallotReports/AbsenteeEarlyVotingReports/PublicStats
    (scroll down)

It would be nice to know what the polling methodology was because without knowing all the methodological parameters, the poll cannot be given credibility because there have been too many previous biased polls that were intentionally skewed for ideological or political purposes.

Yes, I know, I know. And when Trump loses it will all get wrapped up in some sort of giant conspiracy theory. Don't forget to include the Illuminati in there somewhere. Those little devils always have a hand in these sorts of things.
