Sorry, that didn't make sense to me.

    Try this one.

    Hussain Abdul-Hussain:

This is Waddah Younis the Hezbollah fighter whom the IDF captured when he got stuck (or was hiding) in a tunnel shaft in south Lebanon. Waddah hails from a Communist family, but says that no one in Lebanon would give a job to a Shia (totally not true), and says Hezbollah is the only one that has money to employ people (true) He says that Hezbollah launched attacks from south #Lebanon villages because it controls municipal councils, such as in Hoola (formerly a bastion of Communists) but not in Rmeish (predominantly Christian) because the mayor is a partisan of Christian anti-Hezbollah leader Samir Geagea and his Lebanese Forces Party Waddah also says that Hezbollah fighters ran away. They were only interested in the money. This should debunk our perception of lran-led "resistance" fighters as being ideological, whether Hamas or Hezbollah, These people are unemployed and join terrorist organizations mainly because of unemployment. Now that we know that Tehran has cashed more than $200 billion since the US provided it (current admin), it'd be wise to reconsider how "de-escalation" might work: Not by holding back our allies from fighting back but by strangling the source of terrorism and belliaerence",

The discovery Israel is making right now in Southern Lebanon represents a colossal failure of UNIFIL. All the tunnels found are in areas under their control. Under their watch Hezbollah has built an underground system designed to launch attacks against Israel.
The IDF uncovered ammunition, equipment and materials for an operation far larger than what Hamas carried out on October 7

I did a Google search trying to find any support for this claim. All that I could find was failed fact checks.

    https://www.wral.com/story/fact-check-did-u-s-send-money-to-iran-funding-groups-that-attacked-israel/21171497/
    https://www.factcheck.org/2019/03/obama-didnt-give-iran-150-billion-in-cash/

I'll wait to read about this interesting story from a trustworthy news source. Thanks for the heads up though. I hope it pans out better than the 200 billion dollar weird assertion.

    400 Billion was my mistake.
It was Obama era 400 Million that I recalled from the memory, partly ransom money for 4 Americans and some pre 1979 revolution arm deal.
And there was unfreezing of 10 billion, if I recall correctly, WSJ reported in 2023 After the Oct. 7 rampage by Hamas, which is armed and funded by Iran, many Americans wanted to know: Would President Biden still remployer 10 billion to Tehran? All six Senate Democrats up for re-election in competitive states joined Republicans in calling on the President to freeze the money.
The rest of the info in earlier post appear to check, correct, and can be found on sites like times of Israel.
But the point is that Hezbollah and Hamas are employers, and many of the terrorists are hired guns that may quit when money stops arriving.

Yes, that was great info about Hezbollah and Hamas being big employers in their jurisdictions. I'm sure that it is even a bigger problem in Gaza now. Like we've said many times, the worst villain is Iran. Israel needs to get on the good side of world opinion so that we can better squeeze the life out of the evil villain even more. If we could topple that regime it would be a blessing for the whole world. Hopefully before the nightmare scenario where Iran has a nuclear weapon. Which might explain them "experimenting" with sending 181 missiles into Israel. (Searching for a weak spot.)

When the UN discussed Yemen, Hillel Neuer took the floor to say that the Houthis--a proxy of the Islamic Regime in Iran--destroyed the country, starved 20 million Yemenis, and used their resources to attack Israel and back terrorists like UNRWA's Fathi al-Sharif.
The UN then rebuked Neuer for not speaking "within the context of the agenda item at hand."

A political agreement will achieve more for Israel than any direct war with Iran.
The current government will be ready to enter into a political move only after they have achieved their goals, which some of them are not realistic.
Since some of these goals are not achievable, the government's policy inevitably may lead to the continuation of the war of attrition to the point of disbanding the state of all its assets.

Thinking about the idea that Hezbollah is made up of many paycheck motivated terrorists and the delicious exploding pager operation, I'd guess internally most of the Hezbollah terrorists given pagers were more the true Hezbollah motivated terrorist rather than the paycheck motivated terrorist. This just makes the exploding pager operation even more effective and especially delicious to me.

According to what I read, the pagers are mostly issued to commanders, and core members.

Israel is taking out Hezbollah financial sources, banks and other storage facilities.
Based on documents from captured from Hezbollah, and information gathered so far,
Israeli airstrikes targeted branches of an association known of financing the Hezbollah terror group late Sunday and early Monday,
Lebanese state media reported, as Israel appeared to expand its campaign against the Iran-backed group and degrade its ability to find operations.
Soon, Hezbollah will struggle to pay salaries to the terrorists.

12 Dems join GOP lawmakers to threaten UN funding over 'ongoing hostility' to Israel.

"More than 100 bipartisan House lawmakers are warning that the United Nations’ funding could be on the line if the international entity retaliates against Israel over its war with Hamas.

"We write to express our deep concern about prospective efforts of the Palestinian Authority to downgrade Israel’s status at the U.N. General Assembly (UNGA) and strip the State of Israel of its key privileges in the body," a letter led by Reps. Mike Lawler, R-N.Y., and Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla, read.

"Any downgrade in Israel’s status or standing at the UNGA will result in a corresponding downgrade of U.S. financial, material and political support to the U.N."

The message, sent to U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres, was signed by 105 of their Republican and Democrat colleagues."
