You seem to forget you told the very likely untruth that a friend took the picture in a store in Jamaica. Reread my post. I never claimed to read minds.

    quote of my post:
"I too have little doubt that Elbulk believes most of what he says. But take this statement as why I can't say everything.

Perhaps he believes the above to be true. The questions being was it really a friend, or better described as a web acquaintance or a complete stranger? Was the picture really taken at a store?

If the picture exists it was most likely photoshopped. As Garp said, if it was true it would be on the news. We would at least be able to find it on the web."

None of the pictures that Johann presented look they were pictures taken at a store. I'm not saying such a picture doesn't exist what I'm saying is that it probably doesn't exist and if it does it was photoshopped. Further if I had to guess I believe it is more likely than not that you made up the part of the story about your friend took the picture in a store.

Obvious Plant does some amazingly realistic product mockups & photoshops.

So I say no more. In the end, our opinions vary and that's fine. My position hasn't changed but it's tiring already. Shpou out to everyone, including those that think I would make stories because I "hate" the LGBT community. If I actually hated anyone, I would simply say it but I've lost every ability to hate anyone, it's very draining, I equate it to drinking poison and expecting another person to die.
It was engaging while it lasted. So have they rectified their accreditation issues? ( Back to the matter)

Indeed. Looks like an emergency face-saving measure. It seems to me to be VERY odd that the Chancellor of one of the Universities involved is also head of the accreditor org., the NCHE. And the fact that the backlog is something like 1470 courses is ... stupefying! But then again, what do I know about Uganda? Someone here said "nothing," so I'm not revisiting the subject. Ever.

My last word: The only ex-Ugandan I ever met was a young lady of Indian descent, with whom I worked, on a part-time job at the college I was attending, around 2001. Her family had to flee Uganda - Idi Amin had ordered people of Indian ethnicity killed unless they left. Her account left a lasting impression on me. Don't like mad, murderous dictators -- no, not at all. "But we got rid of him..." Don't care.

Amin was deposed and escaped from Uganda in 1979. For many years he lived in luxury in Saudi Arabia, paid generously by the Saudis in exchange for a promise not to meddle in politics. He broke the promise and escaped, attempting to start a Zaire-based campaign to reclaim his rule over Uganda. He was unsuccessful and was captured. The Saudis disowned him, but their government was persuaded to relent and they took him back. He died in Saudi Arabia in 2003. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idi_Amin

I'm sure there are many Ugandans I would like. But Uganda -- no.

The closest I've gotten to a Ugandan is someone that moved to Nigeria for a period as his father was a diplomat. He attended university in Nigeria too. So the Amin days are over but I don't know what it's like there but definitely a lot better than his reign.

And yes why is the said person the had of the agency too? It's weird.

Approximately that. Name is from Runyankore (also Runyankole). The language is close enough to Luganda.
