Oh, I'd better attribute that paraphrased quote. Macbeth. Shakespeare. Wouldn't want anyone to think Sydney Powell said it.

Indeed possible, but that's what she is pursuing to answer your earlier question.
And the forensic report of the Dominion machines examined will be used among other new
    evidence.
With Russians braking in to our government systems for some months, who know what else was hacked and by whom?

The Republican version of rolling a drunk:

Trump antagonizes Republicans with Georgia fundraising ploy

I LOVE this! He's fundraising in Georgia on the Senate races, but the money goes to his campaign fund, not the GOP's candidates, and weakens their fundraising ability.

    This way to the Egress!

She has never told the truth as far as I know. Why should we believe her now?

    I like this quote:

The predicament has intensified broader concerns within the GOP that Trump will use his post-presidency to advance his own interests at the expense of the party.

I really got a good laugh out of that. There is absolutely no doubt that Trump will destroy the Republican party if it serves his purpose. Heck he'll sell out his country for buck, the party is doomed if Trump sees profit for himself in it.

I wonder. President Trump is losing major GOP allies by his nonsense behavior. The sense of disgust is really growing to the point where Mitch McConnell is twisting arms to make sure there's no challenge to the electoral vote. Even Lindsey Graham is admitting that he sees the writing on the wall. Trump is undoubtedly leaning on Pence to do something stupid during the vote count but Pence has his own future to consider. Fact is, Trump lost and everybody but Trump is starting to deal with it. Do you really continue to cling to the handrails on the Titanic? Or do you grab a life preserver and jump? Successful politicians are survivors first of all.

I've been thinking about Pence, too. If he simply refuses to preside over the vote count, what then? I think the local U.S. District Court could issue a writ of mandamus to compel the Vice President to perform his duty since there's no discretion about whether to do it or not but I rather think that the Court would give Pence the option of doing his constitutionally mandated job or allowing Nancy Pelosi to do it for him. She's next in line for Presidential succession and so is the likely substitute should Pence make himself unavailable. Either way, the count will happen.

I'm not so sure Pelosi would be the automatic replacement. Pence would be performing the duty as the President of the Senate, not the Vice-President of the United States. I could see it falling to the Majority Leader or the President pro tempore of the Senate.

How does Pence get out of it? Just call in sick. What is anyone going to do?

I think the latter. So, Chuck Grassley, I guess?

I guess he can't even get fired, since that already happened.

Mike Pence should think about running for a President of the US in 2024.

I would support his nomination. But not for the reasons you might think.

34 pages of a topic with words "Trump" and "Loser" in the title. This is perfect; let's keep it up all the way to January 20th and 100 pages. Because this is something that must be said, as much as possible.

Oh. I imagine Pence is weighing his chances in 2024. His chances are impossible to guess right now. What will Trump decide to do? Run? Or be kingmaker? Frankly I have a hard time seeing Trump behind any scene. I also wonder whether Trump loyalists would transfer their devotion to someone other than Trump himself.

Wasn't she was fired from the Trump legal team because her lying was too outlandish even for them? Didn't even Tucker Carlson claim she was lying about her evidence at one point?

How about this, Can you state one of her theories/assertions made about the 2020 election that actually turned out to be true? Maybe that isn't fair since nothing Trump's legal team claimed about the 2020 election turned out to be true. Or at least nothing that I can think of.

Was she fired because of lying? She maintains that the evidence is there.
I'm not someone who understands much in legal procedures.
My understanding the majority if not all 60 lawsuits were dismisses on procedural reasons not because the evidence was examined.
So if the evidence is not examined because of procedural reasons (still need to understand what it means) then maybe stronger or more evidence needed, if it exists?
My approach to this election is as we say in Russian «Не пойман – не вор» - Unless caught stealing, one is not a thief.

I think someone will have to carry the mantle, who will emerge as a leader of GOP?
I do think the Trampism will remain on some level.
    So time will show.
I don't see any reason why Pence can't run in 2024.
