Not meaning to be too rough on the newbies, but now I'm wondering who resurrected this thread after a year and three months.

 

We nip that in the bud on this site.

 

However, I don't think it ever hurts to alert newbies to Sheila Danzig's latest scams so people can avoid getting ripped off

 

Maybe it's worthwhile to post some facts. The member who resurected the thread, aliannahfth, was posting from Maduri, India. It was her first post. Since then she has not attempted to post any spam. She has also not made any other sort of post. She remains a member in good standing with full posting privileges.

(1) I pretty much read the whole thread at once and overlooked the dates of your exchange with Ted.
(2) I have moderator privs on the site where I had just (moments before) encountered the 52-old-thread-spammer. (He's gone now.)

Please forgive me if I was hypervigilant or out of place/time - the "clown" emoticon is certainly appropriate!

Sheila Danzig is a total joke. That is why I love :love: just seeing her name because I start laughing. By total joke I mean both lead in and punch line all in one, as well as having no credibility.

 

Sheila Danzig is a total joke insofar as her credibility as an education professional. When you think about it, she has caused as much or more damage in the distance education field than anyone else that comes to mind. She has caused people who were looking for real educational alternatives to make bad choices and put what amounts to ticking time bombs in their resumés. That really is no laughing matter.

 

How about a total joke that belongs in jail, that way we can laugh at her and society will be safe from her silly antics?

Getting back to Sheila -- her "fame" sure precedes her! I'm with everybody else on that one!
