You're trying to change the subject. Nothing that you wrote contradicts my point that a non-bar JD from Taft or Concord is an accredited, academic degree. You note that the degree would have limited utility in academia, which is right on. You note that the degree is not RA, which is also right on, but then, your CalBar degree isn't RA either.

Can I complete a JD degree? I honestly don't know. Of course, since I'm a healthcare administrator it is probably more important that I be certified by the relevant professional body (and I am) and get an MBA (which I'm working on). I'll never need a JD to make me feel all smug and superior. :D  :p

"but then, your CalBar degree isn't RA either"

MY LL.M DEGREE IS FROM AN ABA APPROVED LAW SCHOOL AND MY LL.M DEGREE IS A REGIONALLY ACCREDITED DEGREE!

Again, you're trying to change the subject. Nothing that you wrote contradicts what I wrote.

I am so amused at all of you non-bar J.D. advocates out there, lol, and there are a number of you who think your silly writing styles, silly argument points somehow make you probably qualified someday too maybe be a wannabe lawyer with a J.D. degree.

Your a health care professional, what the hell you doing commenting about J.D. and LL.M degrees or California law schools?

    Give me a break!

Freedom of speech. It's in the US Bill of Rights. Surely they teach that in CalBar JD programs. Don't they?

    JDLLM2,

You still haven't addressed my point that a non-bar JD from Taft or Concord is an accredited, academic degree.

    Do you concede?

"Freedom of speech. It's in the US Bill of Rights. Surely they teach that in CalBar JD programs. Don't they?"

You can say anything you want, it is just that you dont have all the facts and understanding and you are not qualified to give advice on J.D. degrees and LL.M degrees and California Law Schools and the lack of utility of a non-bar J.D. degree, I on the other hand have full capability and qualification to do so!

Other then that, 1st free speech away, doesnt meant you know what the hell your talking about!

If the lawyer walked into the courtroom and insulted the judge, he wouldn't get to represent his client ... because he'd be in jail for contempt.

A non-bar DETC accredited degree has no uselful utility!

The degree will NOT allow you to teach at a law school because your not Bar Qualified and it will NOT allow you to teach at a Regionally Accredited University since the degree does not qualify you for admission to the bar and because it is NOT regionally accredited.

What is the matter? can you just get a real law degree like the rest of us? LOL

Is there such a thing as useless utility?

Wow, I don't check in for half a day and look what happens! :D

I think that EVERYONE here questions your qualifications, JDLLM2. There are just too many things that don't add up about you.

Maybe I do have an uninformed opinion. I am sure that others on this board are quite capable of deciding for themselves. The simple fact that I only bring up the POSSIBILITY that you may be wrong seems to be more than you can tolerate...

You may want to have your blood pressure checked. All of this anger cannot be good for your heart.

This is my theory as well. Furthermore, the real reason why I am questioning why I am not sure that JDLLM2 has a high ranking friend at the state bar, is that I have difficulty comprehending how this attitude attracts ANY friends.

I am perfectly fine, I am who I said I am, its Friday, I am off, I dont work Friday since I work for myself.

I AM SO TIRED OF YOU NON-BAR J.D. DEGREE WANNABES!

If there is anyone out there interested in obtaining a real useful J.D. degree and getting admitted to the bar or in obtaining an LL.M degree from an ABA approved law school, I would be glad to help, SINCE I HAVE BOTH OF THOSE DEGREES FOR REAL!

This other bozos continue to post on a thread having to do with law schools and none of them is any more qualified to talk about the subject or offer real life experiences on the subject, then a bucket of warm spit!

I have alot of knowledge about law school having both a J.D. degree and an LL.M degree with 6 years of full time in law school to earn those degrees, I am both a lawyer and a Real Estate Broker in California.

NUMBNUTS AND OTHER USELESS POSTERS HERE, YOU ARE NOT HELPING ANY POTENTIAL LAW STUDENT BY YOUR INFANTILE IMMATURE POSTS WHERE YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT OF LAW DEGREES, LAW SCHOOLS OR BAR ADMISSION!

Dude, you aRE sick person, unqualified and hopefully never admitted to a law school, you lack any ability or maturity to be a lawyer!

That is the biggest problem with his advocacy skills. When he is wrong about something (which seems to happen frequently), he turns the discussion in a different direction, and uses personal insults and name calling as a distractions. I have NEVER met an attorney who argues like this.

I am not here in the capacity of an attorney, you Jackass, Dude.

Everyone here knows you have no credibility your not a law student, dont have a law degree and are not admitted to the bar.

I have 2 law degrees and I am a lawyer and real estate broker.

You have ruined this thread for any potential law student wanting to get good advice from a qualified person.

Dude, you are a freakin stupid petty insignificant pompous ass!
