I can't resist but to response to Bills left apologetics and distortion of truth.

    It's the opposite,
The hatred by "Palestinians" and their enablers, of Israel that is causing the destruction, it's the hatred by Iran etc.
Hamas and a like made Gazans suffering. Sept 7th didn't make Israelis to love Gazans. All the billions of $$$ that went into building fortress in Gaza, with only one goal, the destruction of Israel.
All the attempts by Israel to live in peace with these people proved that the "Palestinians" have one goal, and it's the destruction of Israel and replacement of Israel by palestine.
Most of the Israelis will tell you that.

Israeli Arabs and Jews proved in the last 70+ years what is posible. Most of it is good.

Living life driven by hate is a road to destruction. Leading Israel down that road is Netanyahu's greatest failure.

Here's a quote from that article.
“To be pro-Israel, you have to not only condemn Hamas but also say that everything that’s happening in Gaza is Hamas’s fault. To be pro-human is not an option.”

To be pro-human is to tell the truth as it is. The truth is that the war in Gaza is Hamas’s fault. Maybe Egyptians too, because they blockade Gaza from their side.
The truth is that Hamas and their followers and enablers desire to destroy the state of Israel is what causing the war in Gaza.
If Israel pulls out now, in no time rockets will be flying to kill Israeli children, civilians.

Hamas as ideology, just like ISIS, Jihad, is 1,500 years in making and can't be entirely defeated.
Hamas military and control over Gaza can be defeated, and that's the goal of IDF. IF 50% is destroyed and Hamas is unorganized and beaten bad, the lifeline is shrinking, as tunnels are being destroyed. Hamas leaders think they can outlast and don't care how many civilians in Gaza will die. How many they will sacrifice.
As to the performance of Israeli PM, there is a lot to criticize.
But Israel is a democracy, He was promoted by his party to be their leader(not sure how democratic is that), and he was able to put the coalition together.
Until the next elections in Israel , he is the PM.

Fighting hatred with more hatred is most definitely not the way. Israel is apparently currently consumed by hatred. That is causing them to kill more Palestinians than necessary. True that Hamas doesn't care how many Palestinians Israel kills. That is because they know that it is helping Hamas and hurting Israel. Hamas is consumed by hatred far worse than Israel is. All the Palestinian deaths have lost Israel the moral high ground that they had on October 7. That hatred is putting Israel in danger of a simultaneous war with Hezbollah and Gaza. That Israeli hatred is causing many young ill-informed young people in this country to protest against Israel. These young folk are going to likely believe that Israel is the bad guys for the rest of their lives.

Survival and security is the highest priority.
Israeli government and IDF are working to provide security to Israeli civilians from Gaza and other areas.
Hate was before Oct 7th as well, but Israelis didn't fight in Gaza.
After thousands of rockets and attack with taking hostages, it was genocidal act by Gazas Hamas on Israel.
Israel needs to destroy Hamas in Gaza and create security for Israelis.
In turn, it will be better for Gazans as well.
Israel should build a more powerful military to be able to protect Israel.
Be proactive against the enemies, defeat them and destroy them where ever they are.
    Peace for peace.
If there is a peaceful solution to avoid fighting and provide security by diplomacy, then great.

IDF has wisely said that it is impossible for them to eliminate Hamas in Gaza. I've said that myself likely a dozen or two times. I've said that because all military experts I've read about in different articles say that same thing. Hamas is loving Israel's response in Gaza because Hamas has zero concern for Palestinian lives. All of the Palestinian deaths in Gaza just help Hamas and hurt Israel. Israel needs to implement a post war plan in Gaza. The problem is that Netanyahu has no postwar plan.

    ===
The Israeli army's spokesman Daniel Hagari appeared on Israeli TV saying militant group Hamas cannot be destroyed.
He meant is the same way as ISIS.
The military quickly issued a clarification saying Mr Hagari meant Hamas as an ideology, but the initial statements to some appear to be part of a rift with political leadership. No such rift exists according to official Israeli Gov reports.
"Hamas is an idea, Hamas is a party. It's rooted in the hearts of the people — whoever thinks we can eliminate Hamas is wrong."
Ideologically like ISIS, yet its military and leadership capabilities in Gaza can be destroyed.
Hamas can't remain in control of the Gaza Strip - Who or what will replace it, is to be determined and worked out with regional powers.
Who ever runs Gaza, can't shoot rockets and terrorize Israel.
Israel should completely disconnect from Gaza, let them build their own power stations etc. If friendly commerce, jobs and power can be exchanged in business deals.

That's exactly what I've been saying is that Israel is just making more future terrorists with Netanyahu's current approach. It is not really relevant what the name of the terrorist organization actually is. Israel leadership needs to come up with a postwar plan and implement it. It can't be a plan based on hate of Palestinians or it will fail for sure. The USA came up with good plans after WWII and Japan and Germany are now two of our best allies.

Smotricht now says publicly that he wants to create a civilian government in the West Bank and move a million Jewish Israelies into the area so as to eliminate any possibility of a independent Palestinian State. This amounts to a call for wholesale annexation of Area C.

Oh, I think Netanyahu's Cabinet has a post war plan for Gaza and its Arab population, to render the former uninhabitable and exile or kill the latter.

It's quite baffling how you think that a 1-day terrorist attack killing 1100 people is a genocidal act, but indiscriminately bombing civilian dwellings and businesses for eight months isn't.

If there is a diplomatic solution that will insure Israels security and return of hostages, I'm for such solution.
War is horible and people die in it.
What Israel will do with Gaza, I don't know.
    Hamas must go.

It is baffling stunning and absolutely astounding! Most of the Israeli population is deluded in this exact same way. I blame Netanyahu's lack of leadership.

Most here fail to understand that Oct 7 is not just a single event, that there is an on going war against the existance of Israel.

    Modern Blood Libel against Israel.
Thousands of rockets fired at Israel that could easily kill thousands of people, if not the iron dom, Constant harassment of civilians in Israel.
Building with stollen money fortress in order to destroy Israel.
Listen to Melanie Phillips, you may adjust your views.

She's a climate change denier and anti-vaxxer who said this:

Early in the presidency of Barack Obama, Phillips accused him of "adopting the agenda of the Islamist" and of being "firmly in the Islamists' camp".[36] Shortly after Obama's re-election for a second term, Phillips said that "Four years ago, America put into the White House a sulky narcissist with an unbroken history of involvement in thuggish, corrupt, far-left, black power, Jew-bashing, west-hating politics". She warned that Obama would lead America into a "terrifying darkness". The Independent termed it "rather odd" and an "angry rant",[37] which "sparked debate on Twitter".[38]

She opposed the introduction of civil partnerships for gay couples in the UK, and has said that what she calls "the traditional family [...] has been relentlessly attacked by an alliance of feminists, gay rights activists, divorce lawyers and cultural Marxists who grasped that this was the surest way to destroy Western society."[67] She has said that giving IVF fertility treatment to lesbians would "help destroy our understanding of human identity".[68] She said the UK government was brainwashing children by including references to gay people in lessons in schools.[69] She received the 'Bigot of the Year' award from gay equality organisation Stonewall in 2011.[70][71]

She's a total crazy looney tunes. I'm really surprised that she lasted as long as she did as a journalist. eventually in 2010 she got kicked out for telling too many stupid lies in her articles.

I assume the reason that Lerner likes her so much is that she spews that silly lie about Islamophobia being almost an impossible state to be in because Islam and everyone in it almost all deserves all the hate anyone can put on them. Lerner just loves that one. Although apologies to Lerner because when I say this lie one is apparently supposed to talk about Islam teachings from many hundreds of years ago that prove it all to be true. I am just not interested in remembering the whole thing.
