Great find, Kizmet. This is incredible. Imagine the impact on society if many more schools did this!

This is fantastic. If UofS offered me a pathway to finish my BA I probably would. Not because it would enhance my marketability or anything, really. I just identify with Scranton as the school I "went to" because I physically attended classes there. I really do feel that the academic rigor at CTU was comparable to UofS but there's something about sprinting from St. Thomas Hall to McGurrin Hall (with only 15 minutes to do it) that I remember fondly as my "college days."

I feel fortunate that I was able to walk away with an associates degree so that I'm, at a minimum, a degreed alumnus and I have a diploma on my wall (well, in a box next to a desk at home, actually) from there. But there are times when I do regret not having finished my bachelors there.

Of course, as I'm writing this I'm also kind of wondering why I never thought to compare the credits I would need for a B.A. at Scranton to the myriad credits I acquired since graduating from CTU. Perhaps I could do it after all (though my memory of transferring credits into Scranton was that it was a colossal pain).

Either way, I'm feeling inspired by the whole thing.
