Are all unaccredited schools degree mills

I probably wouldn't cite that website as an authority on the subject; I just saw something sadly funny about a diploma mill referring to K-W as a "scam." It'd be akin to being denied entry to Haiti for lack of demonstrable funds.

 

It must be a really old site because Hawaii was when they started fleeing academic oversite and legal prosecution for being a degree mill. They fleed again to Idaho and then again to Wyoming.
