John, well said my friend. And I feel compelled to also lay an egg on this forum about our great institution, SRU.

Well now, to all my friends here at DegreeInfo, I know that you all wondered why I had vanished - or, no sorry, as someone very romantically stated, "the cockroaches have scattered". Yep, I was even threatened with "hitting the shill kill button" - not at all - we were out there chasing the cubs away and only keeping the lions.....

I knew that the CNN airing would simply confirm what I have stated before, and just that it indeed did.

Please do make a point of watching the CNN re-runs; lest we at SRU are once again accused/misquoted due to your ignorance. Here is now the ideal opportunity for you to get to grips with the fact that SRU is moving ahead and will continue to do so, no matter what is said about us. Jeez, after today you might even want to join us - but oh my gosh, what would the others here say.............best advice I can give you all out there : IF YOU CANNOT FIGHT 'EM, JOIN 'EM!

Now c'mon, admit that we did an extremely good job on CNN - time for you all to be fair and honest towards me on this; after all, that's all I was in all of my replies to you.

Man, I enjoy being a bit spontaneous at times...

    Best regards!!!!

    Len.

And now, you are welcome to hit the shill kill button on me, as I will no longer be posting on this forum. Unfortunately I have more important matters to attend to at this stage and in the foreseeable future.

Wishing you all well in your endeavours. I really enjoyed chatting to you all and I hope that at least I created some thought-provoking awareness amongst you all. If I managed to do just that, then I am happy.

Jeez, I am always happy in any case!

    Very best regards,

    Len.

Burning the midnight oil earning another SRU degree? The good thing is you'll be done by midnight.

At least you don't have to buy a sainthood to go with your professorship. You've earned it.

  4. You don't really believe that statements such as the above can stand up to Prof. Len's objective and articulate presentation of facts about SRU.

At least important outsiders who read this thread don't think so!

Shill kill? Frankly, I'm gatvol of this sort of idiotic talk. The case for SRU is just like
Dr Verwoerd: dead as a doornail and full of holes.

This all sour grapes now. You lost in your own forum and you lost in the wider public forum.

Time you got out of your little, cloistered fantasy world and faced reality.

I guess I missed something? Are you saying an SRU degree can no longer be bought for cash?

Who are these "important outsiders"? How do you know what they think? Are you in contact with them? What do they say?

It is just this kind of lazy hyperbole that makes it clear that St. Regis is an outrageous diploma mill, willing to lie in the face of every clear piece of evidence.

    Reality:

St. Regis is a diploma mill. It offers no courses of instruction. It sells degrees. It's recognition is spurious. Its shills try to obscure these simple facts by responding in volumes, sucking the air out of the conversation. But the facts remain.

    Oregon ODA on Saint Regis

The head of the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization refers to SRU as a diploma mill in a published article. He is a professional at evaluating the rigor of the accreditation process and is quite expert in these matters.

An entertaining side note: I came across a "sponsored link" yesterday on Google from Saint Regis in which the first line said "As seen on CNN accredited" followed by the link to SRU.

    Hi John, welcome back!

I must first note that your prediction was incorrect, you're still allowed to post here because you didn't violate the TOS.

Secondly, you were going to go off and investigate why totally factual posts were deleted from the SRU owned forum.

Thirdly, I wanted to add my voice to the chorus singing the song about SRU being a roaring degree mill.

    Cheers,
    :D

    Evidence for "no courses"?

I did not lose anything, as far as I know. My degrees are from real universities. When I have published, controversial or no, I have been able to put my name to what I've published, for better or worse. I do not seek legitimacy from a government of brigands, and a failed government at that. Cloistered? I am a parish priest, and scarcely a monastic. (Wink wink.)

My son, if you wish to follow in the footsteps of Comrade Nexhmije, wandering about Tirane vowing vengeance upon history, you must tread that path alone.
None walk with you; none follow but fools.

Be sure of this, however: the Lone Star will rise again.
    No thanks to you.

Evidence of courses? One cannot disprove a non-existence. It is sufficient that it does not exist.

Len said that there are courses, and that to become a professor he had to develop some. One accepts the testimony of a witness unless there's a reason not to.

If someone enrolled at SRU, asked to take the courses that Len says he developed, and was turned down, that would be evidence of "no courses".

I particularly like their thesis requirement. Somebody at SRU has a sense of humor.

Haven't you yet perceived the fantasy surrounding St. Regis?

Hmmm, the FBI said to consider the source of accreditation. Liberia has been at war for several years and that no governmental employee has been paid in two years, basicially meaning you purchased your accreditation to line the pockets of a corrupt politcal offical of a country at war.

Mark, here's a link to the class offerings that are on the SRU web page.

    http://www.stregis.ac/degrees_by_distance.htm

I note that these are a few classes that are actually apparently provided by another company. Len was apparently just twisting the truth when he claimed to have developed a class for SRU. SRU apparently doesn't teach any classes, although they do require a thesis (as pointed out by Rich).
