I'll lay money that they are using an EarthClassMail.com (ECM) account.
ECM has that exact street address in San Francisco. (So does UPS Store, but their addresses do not have five digit post box numbers, where ECM does use) that format.

Unfortunately, if they are using ECM, this gives us absolutely no clue as to where they actually are, because what ECM offers is a high tech mail forwarding solution... they receive all your mail, scan it and present it to you online, and only forward documents that can't be scanned. I doubt they would release the information about where they forward mail.

I have no doubt you are correct, but if someone in San Fran can "sniff this out"...

Also, if CA ever gets their act together with school licensing, they could kick this POS mill to the curb. The answers they gave during the last chat were ludicrous.

But don't count on action, even if the state gets its yak together. The equally diaphanous "San Francisco International University," with its 300,000 alumni, has been operating from a convenience address in San Francisco for quite a few years (www.sfiu-edu.com).

I am not aware of any legitimate on-line source for earning a degree in chemistry except the Open University
