I should have stated an appropriate master's or doctorate.

It was too late to edit my post so it looks as though I get credit for an additional post. :)

Do you know if they plan to teach Auditing in the near future? I am looking at their MBA in Accounting and they have a great selection of courses to choose from but no auditing.

I am not sure. I work for the mathematics program director at AMU/APU so I am not up on the specifics from other departments.

Truckie, is this a question you could answer?

Small mini update on the AMU/APU M.A. History/Public History- I called and the registrar’s office emailed the program director for me and cc’ed me on it. I’m waiting to hear back. As of right now, they have not announced a specific term they are planning on offering the classes for the concentration, but it is “in the works” for them to be offered soon.
One of my myriad of interests is in preservation of historical documents, specifically 17th to 19th century Colonial literature as well as documents from the French revolution, so I’m interested in this program (but really only this specialization in the M.A.).

I worked as a docent in a mueum for several years and almost signed up for this MA degree (there used to be courses on preservation but did not see it on my quick look):

There was a similar DL degree offered by Oklahoma (State U. I think) but seemed to be dormant when I enquired about it.

The APU MA in Public History sounds like a great degree.

You may be thinking of the University of Oklahoma's M.A. in Liberal Studies which can be done online and has Museum Studies as one of its options.

I ended up registering for an elective HIST course starting in December, so we'll see how I like the school, and hopefully the Public History courses are coming soon!
