That would be one way to do it. (We've all heard about the Chicago voters who continue to vote the straight Democratic ticket every year for years after they've died. Big city political machines have been doing that since the 19th century.)

But I think that an easier way to achieve the same result would simply be for people who aren't legally qualified to vote to register and vote anyway.

My county reportedly has 11% more registered voters than voting age citizens. It also has between 30% and 50% non-citizens. So the most reasonable assumption is that some of that huge number of non-citizens have illegally registered to vote. That's my hypothesis, anyway.

Nobody ever checks the voter rolls to make sure that all registered voters have done so legally, I don't recall ever hearing about anyone being prosecuted for lying on the voter registration form, and any suggestion that proof of citizenship be supplied when registering to vote or at the polling place when voting is met with deafening shrieks of protest. (Which tells me that there most is likely something dirty going on, or else they wouldn't care.)

Looks like they will soon solve that problem by making it legal for illegals to vote. Then we can let anyone in the world vote in our elections. May as well hand over the country to the murderous kleptocrats of the UN.

But he's not making an argument, he's just explaining what circumstances influenced his past decisions.

I guess if he can live with it so can I.

Register to vote both home and away.

Ever notice what's occurring on the campuses? The 'all is fair' attitude in support of The Cause? The 'free speech is passe' mentality? The push to eliminate all but Little Red Book speech on campus? Those students will cheat the vote in any way they are led to.
