Unless I've missed something, the last post on your UoP issue is 5/4. Any resolution? :(

I had a similar experience, as far as butt-head counselors, but for anyone who has taken Organizational Behaviors you will understand when I say I have the dominant/producer type personality and I wouldn't let them screw me over. My "admission's counselor" tried to screw me over by telling me he had submitted my paperwork for my financial aid, when in fact he hadn't, he had me only for corporate reimbursement, which was my second choice, not first. I found out this later after I had started my first class and the financial dept was calling me for money. I told them the situation and they were telling me that they were going to debit my account anyway. He totally denied it, saying to the financial aid folks that he had no idea what I was talking about (email though I had email correspondence to prove it), then he would come back to me saying that they must have misplaced my paperwork, I got wind of his two-faced behavior from this real cool girl in the financial aid dept, and I used it against him by telling her what he said about her misplacing the paperwork, so I got her on my side, and she helped me go over my counselor, and the financial aid people's heads and headed straight to the dean. (She sent them an email for me). I told them I would have any transactions on my account blocked, and that I would just withdrawn from the school completely, and move on. They kept trying to tell me crap about how they can't change my status in the system and that it would automatically debit the account. Anyway to make a long story short, after making a few calls to the right people, and throwing out enough threats, the admission's counselor was fired, and my status was changed to what it should have been in the first place. Everything is smooth sailing, and they don't screw with me. Sometimes you just gotta get ghetto.

IIRC, it was settled and armywife was happy.
