Even though it would be the perfect finish to the genocide in Gaza, it is never going to happen. Almost as likely as Greenland or Canada becoming part of the USA, it is never going to happen.

There is no and never was a genocide in Gaza.

Nonsense. That was the plan all along

And who would stay in the hotels?

They'll be easy to find. Just follow the black smoke plumes.

The plan they have is to eliminate Israel.
This is the genocide that they plan for Israelis.
Any talk of genocide in Gaza is Hamas propoganda.
The plan of genocide against Israel had a setback, but Iran is working hard and new emerging threats via Syria to eliminate Israel.

While there is definitely no genocide in Gaza, the newly heard plan is not about to be implemented.
Gazans, who survived 15 months of war that Hamas brought upon them, largely don’t want to live in exile.
No one is going to send US troops to push almost 2 million people out of the Strip.
Even if the plan doesn’t move forward, Trump merely floating the idea presents dangers and opportunities.
Israel’s demands for Gaza — Hamas leaders in exile, its fighters disarmed, and a new international consortium overseeing the Strip — may suddenly seem reasonable and desirable to regional players compared to Trump’s suggestion.

Trump and Netanyahu have much they can accomplish together.
They can put an end to Iran’s nuclear program, cement Israel’s place in the region, and go after hostile organizations.

Well, Trump did announce a United States economic development "will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing," and in an economy of so much abundance people will surely afford more eggs.

Albeit, that economic development and those jobs and housing will all be in US-occupied Gaza for the unspecified people he will allow there after removing Palestinians.

Jobs and housing to whom? Donald Trump is about to finish Netanyahu's genocide for him. Wow. Of all the howling bad ideas ever to come from this man, this one has to be the worst.

Unless, of course, he thinks he can succeed where the British failed? That would show a depth of stupidity hitherto unplumbed.

Let's see...who are we invading today? Panama? Mexico? Canada? Greenland? Gaza? Trump has lost his marble.

Trump made very generous offer to rebuild Gaza from ground up.
To clean it from explosives and bombs.
It will take time to rebuild, so temporary Gaza civilians may move to guest country.
Pre Gaza war there was 1 out of 4 Gazans wanting to leave Gaza.
Some paid 20K USD to be setled in Egypt.
    But majority had no money.
Some offer 20K USD per migrant etc.
Then when Gaza is rebuilt those who want to come back, can do that.
Obviously not all will leave, some will continue be mobile until they have home to return or move in.

Trump wants to remove them. It is an ethnic cleansing.

If the people of a country are made to leave so that others may take it over, it's ethnic cleansing.

What Trump is proposing is a crime against humanity.

    We don't know the details.
It's all speculation based on what was said.
In 2023 pre Gaza war 1 out of 4 Gazans wanted to leave Gaza.
In this case will some leave willingly, some remain and be mobile as rebuilding takes place.
Upcoming week's will clarify the plans.
I don't think there is planned forced removal of people out of Gaza.
    Just my opinion.

Rubio, on his first foreign trip as secretary of state, described Trump’s proposal as a “very generous” offer to help with debris removal and reconstruction of the enclave following 15 months of fighting between Israel and Hamas.

“In the interim, obviously people are going to have to live somewhere while you’re rebuilding it,” Rubio said in a news conference in Guatemala City.
Rubio insisted that Trump’s position “was not meant as a hostile move.”

“What he’s very generously has offered is the ability of the United States to go in and help with debris removal, help with munitions removal, help with reconstruction, the rebuilding homes and businesses and things of this nature so that then people can move back in,” Rubio said.

So they become servants in their own country. Right. Gaza as Florida. No, they won't go for that. If Trump wants to Trumpify the Gaza Strip, he needs to remove the current population which is something he seems, incredibly, to understand.
