I listen to shows like, Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar ( I love Bob Bailey in the part, other guy, not so much), Gunsmoke ( I LOVE it), Suspense and others on Sirius XM Radio. The best money can buy.

We've got a little bit of a heat wave going on here in So Cal. It's sunny, no wind and it got up to 77 degrees today. Went surfing this morning and was sweating in my wetsuit. I feel so guilty.

Hey, aren't you supposed to put that "sarcastic" smiley after such statements?

In the end we got about 18" of snow the other day. It's actually snowing right now too although it's so light that it'll never amount to anything. All I can say is that we may have a harsh winter but we've also got the NE Patriots ready to kick ass on the NY Jets tomorrow.

I've never in my life surfed, although I have plenty of friends who have. You know what, I feel like I am missing out. A couple of summers ago, I decided to roller blade for the first time ever and I really enjoyed it- so much so that I now have not one but TWO distinct pairs of roller blades. I love to try new things, and since surfing would be a new thing, don't be surprised if next year I mention something about my TWO different surf boards

Come visit So Cal. I'll give you a few lessons. It's pretty tough to learn and then easy once you do.

Don't feel guilty. I live where I live by choice. I think that before my days are done I'll live in the desert. Arizona. Maybe Mexico.

I actually don't feel guilty because along with the awesome weather and beaches comes all of the people, smog and cars.

Nunca he estado ahi, pero se me dijo que es muy rico, menos los carteles de drogas martadores. Basicamente, es un buen lugar que sobrevivir ;)

This behavior is irritating because I typically need to go shopping shortly after snow storms, and the stores' inventories are always depleted!

Snowpocalypse 2011 is upon us! Hide your kids! Hide your wife!

6-12 inches is forecasted to fall this evening with an inch of freezing rain/sleet expected to kick things off. The forecasted high for tomorrow is 18 and 11 on Wednesday.

On Saturday, it was 74 with clear blue skies. I am not amused by 60+ degree changes in the span of 96 hours.

It's 17 degrees right now and clearly it will get down into the single digits before the sun comes up in the morning. We're set to have yet another storm starting on Tuesday night. There's lots of waffling about snow accumulations but it seems that everyone agrees that it's going to be at leat 6 inches, maybe a lot more. It has been very cold this winter and lots more snow than usual. My heating bill is pretty high even though I keep my place on the chiily end of the scale. Historically, if there's going to be a really big blizzard it will happen within the next two weeks. We're running out of places to put the snow.

I don't know how you fine people who live in the cold areas can handle it. Being born and raised in SoCal, I go nuts when I have to stay inside of my house for very long. My hat is off to you, Kiz.
