Tuition on Bainbridge's program seems really steep for a nationally accredited distance program - am I missing some niche they have going to command such a high cost?

If she is looking for a solid accredited online degree, then I would go with UoP. It has a solid online program and is one of the first online programs to exist, UoP has had plenty of time to perfect there online program. Their instructors are well educated, working professionals. I attended Regis and UoP online, I ended up going with UoP, it was organized and flowed nicely. It is more convenient to attend their online courses, but the courses are not easy, you have to be much disciplined. Classes usually start with 10 - 15 students by the end of the course about half remain. They cannot keep up. I have also received a degree from my State U, but I will never go back to the traditional method again. There is nothing wrong with the traditional class room setting, but if you are disciplined enough to attend online then go for it.

To add to this, I just came across the Clarion University online MBA. They are regionally and AACSB accredited. Program is 30 credits I believe. If taking 6 credits for 5 semesters (part-time virtual campus), the cost is $2613 per 6 credit semester (inclusive of fees) so the degree would cost $13,065 for an AACSB MBA. Hope my math is right. :p
