My dad was still getting into bar fights here and there into his late 50s, early 60s. But he didn't have the pulse rate of an athlete at 75, he died a year earlier (not in a fight, in his bed, which considering the way he lived his life, was somewhat remarkable).

I'm happy at 74 to be back down to my early 1980s best-ever bar-fighting weight. Haven't had a drink in about 12 years and ...strangely... no more fights.  But I keep my skills up, just in case. (Shadow-ninjutsu.)

Dvd may be the best way to deal with a midlife crisis. It is also the culmination of years of learning joys. However, it is not the end of learning but the beginning of new higher education.

I used to get in bar fights back when I used to drink. Actually, I used to get in to all kinds of trouble.

From Barfighting 101 (3 Credits): You have to do things in order. First, the fight. Then, the roadwork - RUNNING! Never get too drunk to run!

I learned the hard way that it's best not to drink the devil's juice.

    Bon dia!

Well, I did learn something worth 5 credits at least. It's good to wear a belt with a big old buckle. It comes in mighty handy in case one should become surrounded by a group of fellas. He he! Nothing hurts as much as a belt buckle to head! I can be mighty travieso myselt. BWAHHAAAAAAAAAA!

I thought the first rule in barfighting is that there are no rules.:nutkick::chairshot::smashfreakB:

Absolutely true. Mine is just a "rule of order," like "Robert's Rules of Order" for meetings, etc. My rule of order: (1) Fight (2) Run.

First rule of Barfight Club: We don't talk about Barfight Club.
