DISTMBA.doc and DISTMBA1.rtf were built from lists of distance MBAs (and other graduate business-related DL programs) gleaned from Bear's Guide to Earning Degrees by Distance Learning, Marcie Thorson's Campus-Free College Degrees, April and Matthew Helm's Get Your Degree Online, plus the DL guides of various institutional authors such as Barron's, Kaplan's, Peterson's, and Princeton Review, with additional programs found here at degreeinfo as well as degreeboard, degreediscussion, degreeforum, degree.net, elearners.com, and even one from (name not mentioned).
