Is feminism ruining gender relations in society?

Here's my feminism story.

When I a young lad I went to Mormon church. They taught that males got the priesthood but females couldn't hold the priesthood. Holding the priesthood bestowed important advantages like communicating with God and powerful blessings, that sort of thing. They also told me this strange story about Joseph Smith translating the book of Mormon from golden plates using some magic glasses type thing. I was seven at the time and thought the whole thing sounded pretty fishy. So I asked the Primary teacher if people could go the temple or somewhere and see these golden plates. She said that unfortunately the angel Moroni came and took the golden plates away. My thought was this is all nonsense. My sister was 1 year my junior. I thought it very unfair that she couldn't hold the priesthood. This Joseph Smith guy just made up a bunch of nonsense that wasn't true. So I decided right then and there that I wasn't going to be a Mormon. When I married and had kids they turned out to be 3 daughters. I felt that this sort of cemented a leaning towards feminism in me. Right now I'm very much enjoying the fact that the Democratic party has sort of become the party of women in 2018.

According to the stereotype i am not supposed to like Jordan Peterson . However I have spent a lot of time listening to him.
