    MIT J-PAL Executive Education has a series of five free webinars as replacement for its normally in-person "Evaluating Social Programs" course. I do not see any mention of a certificate being awarded, but this is one that could be interesting:

    Just awesome post boss. It's really helpful and useful information and Im gonna share your valuable post with my friends and I really appreciate your efforts thanks for sharing and i can use some of these sites to prepare for clep exams!

    Free DIBELS training for teachers from the University of Oregon with certificates upon completion. These are tests used mostly be elementary teachers and counselors to determine reading levels, fluency and learning disabilities. Normally $80.
