A lot of great Americans have been involved in the Boy Scouts.
But yes they filed for chapter 11 because of all the lawsuits.

I think he is claiming that the molesting happened because of their acceptance of homosexuality within the organization. This shows a strong streak of homophobia. Confusing homosexuals with pedophiles is a sick and disgusting thing that many ignorant people do, especially on the right. This ignorance is not even based on the facts. The facts are that most of the abuse occurred prior to that but we must not let facts get in the way of an opportunity to smear and insult liberals.

If I was a trouble maker I might ask Steve Levicoff what he thinks about this? How about this instead. Lerner you are a heterosexual right? Do you molest girls?

 

Now Lerner, assuming you give the expected answer which is no. My response to that is then why do you think that homosexuals are more prone to pedophilia than heterosexuals?

 

From opinions it was the liberals who pressured BSA to hire the molesters.
Before that this wasn't happening.
BSA failed to protect the children.

In this case of BSA - its some of the homosexual man who were also the pedophiles hurting boys. Heterosexual man would be interested in the opposite sex.

We should be standing up straight and tall, ideally with a salute, or a hand on heart. There are other things you can protest, but not our Great American Flag.

I'm for race equality and against oppression. And there are issues that can be and need to be protested but the country made a lot of progress and in my opinion Flag, Anthem are not the objects of disrespect.
The process of improvement for equality for all is work in progress and it doesn't mean the country is not living when we see historical positive movement toward its ideals of freedom, liberty and equality.
There are other ways that a famous figure can generate attention and conversation.

 

It is not a matter of opinion! You do not get to say why they are kneeling. The players that are kneeling say why and what it means when they are kneeling. Your interpretation can be wrong as to why they do it, which it is wrong. But that is not your opinion. It is a false statement.

The liberals didn't force the BSA to hire anyone. The scout masters are not even paid. The homosexuals had nothing to do with the pedophilia. You are the one that keeps relating the two, not me! California just certified their election results and Biden is officially the President Elect. Meanwhile a substantial number of Republicans in Pennsylvania are trying to disenfranchise large swaths of their own electorate! Talk about giving the Democrats something to run on in 2022!

 

I rather think Trump means to run in 2024. That will be interesting for the rest of the GOP.
