It's possible that the MO list hasn't been updated, but the available information certainly suggests that MMU might not be operating legally as a degree-granting institution in Missouri. (Assuming that the words 'in Missouri' even have meaning in this case.)

BTW, I got your message and did as you requested. Unfortunately, I don't think that I was any more successful than you were. My attempt to send you a reply didn't work either.
