This is not something I know a lot about. I don't belong to any of these sites so I don't know how good this list might be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_social_networking_websites I have heard that there are social networking sites all over the globe and I've imagined that if you were trying to learn a new language it might be a fun way to practice.
The most popular, of course, is MySpace. Linkedin is sort of like Facebook for professionals. Ning allows you to create you own Facebook-like social networking site.
I only found one Theodore Heiks when I did a search. I "added as friend" so I hope that's you, haha. -Matt
Unless my great-great-great-great-great-grandfather is replying from beyond the grave, I think you found me.
Hello Ted. There are many social networking sites like Twitter, Stubleupon, Technorati, Digg, Dugg etc. You can join from all of it But according to me Twitter and Facebook are very famous, popular sites so you can prefer them first, otherwise it's up to you. Thanks.
Ted there are so many sites which are providing social networking, facebook, twitter, stumbleupon, digg, squidoo, i love the communities in these sites, i am looking for your arrival in twitter, i am also available there.
Hey you educated derelict! How ya doing? If you want mainly social sites, all of the ones mentioned already are okay, but you have to be careful of privacy issues, especially if using FB "apps." Trust me on this. I was on FB for about a month and then dropped out because of various security and privacy risks. Twitter drove me nutz. For professional networking, recommendations and introductions, nothing beats LinkedIn.
