Tucker Carlson Exposes Jan 6th Lies

Liars can be super calm. This is especially true if they are psychopaths, sociopaths, or are simply lacking empathy for a certain segment of the population. Example: I don't think that Russia is 100% populated by psychopaths or sociopaths, but there is still a huge segment of the population that has 0 empathy for anyone non-Russian. Especially, right now, Ukrainians.

Liars can also be excitable. A certain party in Germany in the early 20th century had a figurehead that would shout at crowds to get them riled up and excited.

People telling the truth can get worked up, especially if they perceive that people aren't believing them. Especially if someone is attempting to gaslight them. Or they're recounting a traumatic event. Someone who has just been through a bank robbery or a plane crash may get extremely hysterical.

People telling the truth can be calm. They've got a PowerPoint presentation that shows all the facts and now they must present it.

Calmness (or lack thereof) has little bearing on whether someone is telling the truth or not.

 

What Tucker seems to be trying to do is to prove a negative. The negative, at least as I understand it, is that bad stuff didn't really happen on January 6. That is bad things like insurrection and policemen being attacked. While doing this he seems to ignore the fact that 140 policemen were injured defending the capital. That we've all seen violent attacks on police recorded on video. That many have pleaded guilty to crimes committed at the capitol on January 6. That many have been convicted of being guilty of crimes committed at the capitol on January 6. That some have even been convicted of committing sedition on January 6.

My conclusion is that Tucker has already failed in trying to prove this negative. Further my conclusion is that LevelUP is not thinking rationally when he watches Tucker Carlson on TV and posting about it in this forum. Perhaps LevelUP can explain to me what I'm misunderstanding and correct any misunderstanding that I have?

You want me to also search for video of rioters attacking police or have you seen such video? You want me to also search as to how many have been convicted? I also note that no one arrested for January 6 are Antifa contrary to the lies spread by Fox News and Tucker Carlson right after January 6.

 

It is absolutely ridiculous for Tucker Carlson to claim that the police were giving tour guides during an insurrection. Because so many believe his silly lies it makes it obvious that LevelUP is not alone in not thinking rationally and critically while watching and listening to Tucker Carlson spread his silliness. His show is for entertainment and he tells lies, it is not the news!

There is no parole in federal prison. You can get some days off your sentence for good behavior but nowhere near 12 months after 24 months served.

True. I don't know who those people are on Twitter. They just happen to have the Fox video short clip that I'm looking for.

You all may not appreciate the extra time it takes to find the exact short clip relevant to the story. I don't think anybody here, no matter how much they love Tucker Carlson, wants to sit through a whole hour of the show just to see a few minutes of video that is relevant to the story.

These days, people seem to appreciate short clips of 30 seconds or less enough to grasp the main point.
