    I have no idea what that could be, Ted. Putin's techies? Kim Jong-Un's hackers? Illuminati? Do they ask for money? Anyway, here's a rebroadcast - the original ABC article from a different affiliate.

    I tried to look at it and it kept throwing ads at me so that the screen kept jumping around. That and the videos trying to auto-play in several places.
