    Lets be objective.
To a large degree Trump really lost to the Chinese virus - CORONA virus not Biden and Harris.
If presidential Elections were held in Nov 2019 Trump would be reelected with high popular and electoral votes.
So the same is for Biden/Harris.
We don't know what life is going to be like and what how they are going to perform.
    Time will show.
I wish Biden/Harris success in uniting the country, defeat the pandemic, improve the economy, peace and prosperity. Greener planet but hopefully with compassionate transition to
keep the peoples traditional industries jobs.

Having people on the right saying the same lie that you keep repeating does not make the lie true. Note that the lie is "Just the last four years, the left media have constantly got us to question the election, the legitimacy of Trump being elected" This is a LIE. Just because you keep pointing to people on the right repeating this lie it does not make the lie true.

I'm pointing to the people on the left like HRC, Nancy and others who claimed that erections in 2016 were stolen,, i.e illegitimate.
Bill, you calling it a lie doesn't make it a lie, or the left media calling it lie or the left, is in opposite to the overwhelming evidence pointing to what we all witnessed in the last 4+ years.
The evidence is out there to all that have eyes to see and ears to listen.
The 3 short video clips of Hillary, Nancy and others are just after one 10 sec search on google.

There is no need to continue with this arguing.
    The guard was changed.
    I'm moving on.
    Have a great 2021.

Well, as to this issue but the article says that the lawsuit sought only prospective relief and so is moot.

This is a remarkably meaningless article. Tonally, it's following the ONLY trick Putin propaganda has: "yes, our guy is a crook, but everyone else is a Masonic satanist international banker's communist elite conspiracy pawn. So stick with Dear Leader - it's pointless to try to change him anyway". Blegh.

Very pathetic really that an obvious violation of the emoluments clause can't make it through the courts in four years. Unfortunately that is but one example of many for example having unappointed cabinet level leaders permanently cycling through the turnstiles. We obviously need better guard rails installed to prevent these kind of things from happening in the future.

I think to understand Trump you need to understand a few key aspects that I think are lost on most people:

    1. He is a New Yorker, so he is brash, he is direct, and if you don't like it- tough $hit!
    2. He is a narcist (For good or bad, that is up to you)
    3. He has the common views of a typical CEO at 28,000 feet. He examines issues, and develops a plan to cercumvent said challenges to gain results. (Again, for better or for worse, that it up to you) But I will say that aspect of his personality always made me cautious as more or less a constitutionalist.

For me, when you come to terms the those factors listed above, he is actually much easier to understand. My skin is pretty thick, so I enjoyed seeing him shake things up. However, when you have that effect, your longevity is usually short lived.

I've never been a fan of Biden and I'm less of a fan of Harris. I don't think her track record or subseqient raise is something we should be pitching as a model for our daughters. But I wish them luck, as I'm a nationalist, so I want whatever is good for the country.

It's a stupid lie! You did not point at anyone on the left saying what you claim. That is a lie. The people on the right listened to a small snippet then they told the lie that you keep repeating.

Since you want to continue arguing I will accommodate your request.
Its there for you to see and hear. Everyone who seen these interviews gets to the same conclusion as I'm.
So what is it that you don't understand from Hillary's, or Nancy's sayings? Its there and confirms exactly what I'm saying.
Are you programmed s badly that you don't hear or see what is obvious to everybody else?
Now that the guard changed, I don't see any point in arguing.
Its clear that Hillary is claiming that elections was stolen from her, in her own words.
What do you think is she saying here? So which part is a stupid lie?
Did you even see the interview , the clip?

I totally agree with Rand Paul’s Great Speech on the Unconstitutional Impeachment Sham.

This is your quote that we're discussing, "Just the last four years, the left media have constantly got us to question the election, the legitimacy of Trump being elected"

Hillary did not claim that the election was stolen from her by Trump or that Trump's election was not legitimate. She was discussing the electoral college in general and saying that it was undemocratic. That one can win the popular vote but still lose the election. It was the right wing pundits that claimed the other things after her clip. I already explained that in a previous post of mine. Nancy never said that Trump's election was illegitimate The other clip didn't say Trump's election was illegitimate. I listen to CBS, MSNBC and CNN all the time. I don't recall them ever questioning the legitimacy of Trump being elected, let alone constantly doing that. Hillary conceded the election the day after the vote.

Look at this statement of yours, "Are you programmed s badly that you don't hear or see what is obvious to everybody else?" You are claiming that that CNN and MSNBC has been, constantly telling me over the past four years to question the 2016 election, the legitimacy of Trump being elected and I deny that. So me saying it is not true is because I've been programmed not to hear them telling me that Trump was not legitimately elected? How can that even make sense??????? It requires such illogical thought to explain it that I'm at a loss for words.

The simple explanation is that you have been programmed to believe this lie about what is being said on the left. I know what is really being said, I watch those stations. The left media has not been constantly questioning the legitimacy of Trump being elected over the past four years. There has been plenty of questioning his ethics, his morals, his competency, his selfish point of view, his transactional nature, etc. But those things don't sound so good when crying about how unfair the big baby has been treated and so the right tells lies about what is being said on the left.

    I know what I saw in the 4 years 2016 - 2020.
It was 4 years attacks non stop on all left media channels.
Its a fact so you are not going to change that.
Most of the attacks are based on fake dossier and other left lies.

What you say is a fact is actually a fact, congratulations!! Thank you for removing most of the lies in this post. The only misleading part of this statement is that most of the attacks are not based on the fake dossier. The reason Trump has been attacked non stop is that he was the worst President in our history. Prediction: when historians rate all the presidents in USA history you will see Trump at the bottom or within 1 or 2 ov the bottom. He was attacked non stop because his incompetency was exhibited daily non stop.

BTW, I know how you love to rag on the left media, meaning CNN and MSNBC, I assume. The part you don't seem to understand is that Fox is just as bad on the right. This is especially true for primetime shows on these cable news networks. These shows are designed for affirmation not information, especially true for primetime shows. In other words, they say what we want to hear. The sources like OANN and Newsmax are even worse. I do enjoy watching these shows but I keep that fact in mind and get most of my information from CBS and printed material. Those sources are far more trustworthy. Steve's source that he shared with us makes this very clear.

Its all in the eye of the beholder. What one person may think of bad thing another can say its a good thing, it's relative. One may say Obama's guidance required public schools to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms and showers of their choice. I think this is a bad thing. Someone may think its a good thing. Trump admin rescinded this guidance. Also issues of with gender dysphoria in military, Pres Biden just overturned Trumps order on this.
Former President Trump is held as a one of the best presidents by half of the nation. I think history will list many of his achievements.
    Veterans are among major achievements.
I'm positive that if not for the Corona, he would have been now continuing in to second term.
It’s clear Republicans won’t convict the ex-president. There is evidence that the Capitol assault on January 6th was planned and was in the works long before Trump made a speech that day. And as I remember he explicitly stated peaceful protest. Rand Paul has it correctly.
I look at how fragile is Democrats’ Senate majority a brief Tuesday hospitalization of Patrick Leahy prompted nearly everyone in the Capitol to research Vermont’s Senate vacancy laws, just in case.
It also is clear to me that the Democrats know what to do with their power. They use it when they have it, and, for the most part, the Republicans do not :-(.
Another observation, that I made before is now that Trump left, guess what, everything Dem's opposed throughout 2020, they’re gonna reopen for business. Yep, including the schools.

"Veterans" what? It would be remarkable if Trump admin managed to achieve anything substantial in policy around veterans; I'd LOVE to learn what specific thing you mean by that. As I see it, perhaps the only people with any domain knowledge who could survive Trump white house long enough were anti-immigrant loons like Steven Miller. THAT guy was successful, screwing up immigration (ESPECIALLY legal immigration, as it's naturally more receptive to regulation) in hundreds of creative ways. If THAT is the kind of accomplishment you applaud, being immigrant yourself - I don't know what to say to you within the board's rules.

One of bigger Trump "achievements" is breaking the Emoluments Clause and getting away with in; and, worse, having the whole major party (GOP) and (even worse) hordes of regular voters like yourself excuse or dismiss this. What makes America America is not trade balance, not even the military; it's a bunch of almost intangible things called "norms". These exist ONLY because people believe and follow these. There were always norm-breakers, but Trump made it mainstream; that's what has the potential to turn USA into lawless society like Putin's Russia. This is what guys like Romney (who is NOT a moderate; he's as much a market fundamentalist socially-conservative Republican as they come. See his vote on whatshername for Supreme Court) protest against.

January 6th assault would not be possible without a cult of himself Trump fostered all 4 years - and, more specifically, the Big Lie about "rigged elections" Trump and his coterie cultivated all the way since 2016 (goes back even further among the GOP fringe; Trump just blew it up 1000-fold and made about himself). Besides, what Trump asked his loony battalions is to change the outcome of the vote count, somehow. "Peacefully" qualifier is his compulsive ass-covering behavior.
Incidentally, I'd LOVE for the media to start referring to that assault as "Radical Trumpist Terrorism"/
Funny, the Left has the exact opposite complaint. You're saying McConnell doesn't know how to wield power? Hm. More likely, no institutional party can quite satisfy their extremist flank. GOP may be closer, because now ALL of it is extremist flank.
