So, Lerner, are all these state and federal judges and state elections officials of both parties in on the giant massive scam? Can you really believe that?

From what Trumps team is saying, they are short on time, i.e all initial motions were rushed in.
Now they had a little bit more time for more evidence to be collected and more signed affidavits and witnesses etc.
To answer your question, I don't believe judges are giant massive scam, more like the cases filed so far not up to standard for these judges and also they don't want to call the elections.
The delay in certification that Trumps team is trying to achieve is in order to buy time for legal battles.
I can understand one judge or two political but no not all.

If rug was pulled is from FOX news and Tucker, I posted what their commentary is.
    Just reporting.
While intuitive reporting exists, they also get tips. The link you posted is like self accrediting diploma mill.
Acting AG Whitaker also claimed that Mueller tipped off CNN about Stone's arrest.
From the video posted some officials were unhappy with the leak and promised to look in to it.
But actually on the right media point that it wasn't debunked more like covered up by CNN.
Not the first time according to right media sources.
If it was debunked why Tucker reported it 2 days ago?
I personally don't know, all I have is what each side is telling.
And a video of non dangerous old man arrested. But if this is the protocol and how things done then it is what it is.

Some ask why only CNN had such intuitive reporters, if so many clues were there, were was MSNBC, FOX and many others, no intuitive reporters there?
CNN was there for the whole affair, which has media Twitter speculating about who tipped the network off.

"CNN either acted on a tip…or had been camped out there (either is good journalism.),"
"What is most interesting is why it was a raid and not a surrender. Fear of flight or destruction of evidence or prosecutors really not like Stone?"

Lerner, you need to read the opinion of the federal judge who dismissed Trump's suit in Pennsylvania Friday. There is NO evidence.

I can't just leave my comment there. Trump went into court, not only with zero evidence, but with no coherent legal theory for why he should get relief. There IS no legal theory that results in disenfranchising hundreds of thousands or even millions of voters. There CAN'T be. The courts do not have a veto over election results in a democracy. But Lerner, you can't go into court with no theory and being in a hurry is not an excuse. That's the very definition of a frivolous lawsuit.

I will add, in defense of bipartisan Michigan legislative committee who refuses to tamper with the results, that no other authority has a veto over election results either. The people have spoken and no authority on earth can set aside their decision to dump Donald Trump.

Even if we stipulate it all--and I do not, given the GOP's recent trafficking in fake videos--it doesn't change anything.

What matters is not whether some votes were handled incorrectly. What matters IS whether or not there are things that materially affect the outcome. There is not.

So far the legal challenges are not presenting sufficient evidence in the court only talked about evidence outside the court. I acknowledge that, it was a long shot. As you said no results.
So it appears the legal challenges soon will be over. Unless what appears to me as a final push a few cases some how produce sufficient credible evidence to the court.
In PA U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann issued an order Saturday dismissing the effort to block the certification of votes in Pennsylvania.
So Certification of Biden will be completed in most or all states by early December and country will move on.
We will have another drama/challenge in GA in January for the Senate majority maybe legal challenges will follow as well unless the margins are high.

My understanding the PA case is now going to be appealed with hopes to get all the way to SCOTUS.
I think that what is Trump's legal team is planing to do next.
    Will SCOTUS get involved?

There are no grounds for appeal. The plaintiff offered no evidence and there is no theory of the case.

One consequence of this Trumpist madness, though, is to essentially guarantee Biden will be re-elected in 2024. Trump will certainly run, if he's not in a jail cell, so no other Republican has a prayer of the nomination. Bad memories of 2020 will motivate Democrats and independents like never before and Trump will lose. Again.

But then again, four years is an eternity in politics.

The person she attacks here, with an absolutely unsubstantiated bribery and conspiracy charge, is Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia. By name. I would feel sorry for him, but this is such a fitting and poetic reward for being a Trump lap dog and for suppressing Democratic votes. Do they say "spiders in a jar" in English?

Thank you for your comments, Judge.

Judge Brann basically said there was no evidence or rational argument even made. Unless Judge Brann and the rest of the media is just plan lying there is no grounds for appeal.

Now, here's a wild theory how it might get into the supreme court though. Bear with me especially since I'm no where near a lawyer but here's the idea, Trump appeals to the appeals court they quickly rule nothing here then Trump appeals to SCOTUS. SCOTUS might theoretically take up the case just to put this nonsense to bed with a 9 to 0 ruling. If that is a legal possibility then it would be foolish for Trump to push it that far.

Agreed. And we have our own Judge Nosborne to untangle legal arguments for us :).

No appellate court takes new evidence and not even a very conservative Supreme Court will be party to a lawless coup d'etat. These people takes oaths to support the constitution and laws of the United States. The judges will not violate their oaths.
