I just found this thing. It's "state-accredited" (Connecticut). It's not online/DL. It's got some Masters/cert programs. What do you think?

Horrible website. Appears that it’s been around for a few decades, if the biographies are true (Whois verifies). Focusing on personal transformation, consciousness, and integrated healing, imagine they’ve found a small niche that they market and cater to.

Accredited by the State of Connecticut, Office of Higher Education? What is the value of such accreditation? Is this like State Approved?

It appears that The Graduate Institute is not listed by USDE.

I'm aware of only one state that has recognized accreditation - the Board of Regents of the State of New York is recognized as an accreditor for degree-granting institutions of higher education in the state that designate the agency as their sole or primary accrediting agency.
