    Trump will pardon him. Again. Right after American makes Trump its president again.

    Luckily these are state charges, so Trump cannot pardon him.

    Right. The person who could pardon him if she chose, would be the Governor of the same state - NY. That's Kathy Hochul, a Democrat. Interestingly, the State's cases against Trump and Bannon will both be tried (in separate trials, of course) before the same judge, Juan Merchan.

    I just hear about it for a first time and read the allegations, accusations.
    Is this SCOTUS bound, SB supporters claim he can't get a fair trial in NYS, NYC?

    Because Bannon will define a "fair trial" as one in which he will be found not guilty of all charges.
