I like the part about the European Union and the anti-Christ though. https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/investigations/daniel-bice/2018/08/01/bice-acting-sheriff-schmidt-touts-degrees-unaccredited-and-defunct-colleges/866466002/
Having read the link above, I must say it doesn't fit our usual KABOOM! mold. This candidate appears to be an extreme Religious Righter, someone I would never vote for. However, his degrees are from small fundie schools that are, nevertheless, not mills. In fact, his doctoral school was TRACS before closing down. He did produce a dissertation on a topic of timing the Last Days. Even though I believe the Lord specifically said not to do that, acceptability of this work for a degree is up to his committee and a school. In short, while the guy appears to be an extremist and a heretic, he is not a millist.
From the article: "he ... believes the Earth is only 6,000 years old." That's nothing. We Canadians elected a man who believed this, some years back -and he was appointed a Federal Cabinet Minister - and later, President of the Treasury Board! I'm sure Stanislav would remember Stockwell Day. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockwell_Day
another law enforcement officer blows himself up with a fake degree https://www.tulsaworld.com/news/crimewatch/jenks-police-officer-accused-of-using-fake-master-s-degree/article_5cad61bf-dde5-5b75-a3ae-2b58fa4716a0.html
The Democratic candidate (Richard Schmidt) did (does) have an accredited doctorate from Northland International University. Wiki said it was located on a 1500 acre site with about 750 students. Hyles-Anderson is unaccredited and quirky. His views may be quirky. But he does have an accredited doctorate.
