Which is why Dr. Ford wanted to be interview by the FBI to begin with. They could reopened the investigation and had results in three days or less, like they did in the Anita Hill case.

Abner, if the FBI starts digging, then for sure more information will be revealed about Christine Blasey Ford. Things might get messy, for sure and most definitely.

Yesterday's new already. People memories are very short Ford will only serve to energize the women voters in November! I can't wait to go vote! Yeah baby! The blue wave cometh! :) Viva Ford!

    I've had a few.

I leave the fabulist theorizing to you. What I have is the fact that Blasey Ford's named witnesses debunk her tale. I have the fact that there is no one to support her story.

The FBI is now involve. This is a good thing. It should have been done months ago.

It couldn't have been done months ago because DiFi held it to the last minute.

Could be; but what did you expect after Merrick Garland?
As a general comment: I don't envy true believers like yourself. It must hurt to commit to the lie that "Blasey Ford's named witnesses debunk her tale" - only to have Trump himself throw it away by ordering an FBI investigation. Putin did this stunt on his rabid supporters several times. Like when the whole country repeated how Russian troops were not involved in Crimea separation - until Putin confirmed in a propaganda film that, oh yeah, they were, on his direct order. Whoops. Remember that this sort of a leader despises his own base, perhaps even more than he despises the resistance.

By all means, keep digging the hole you're in. You guys have more work to do to make sure Repub shave of female vote is as low as possible.

I saw a little bit of the hearing and I think DiFi was genuine when she said it was not her. Ms Ford sending a letter to multiple Democrats was a secret that simply couldn’t be kept. Not for me to give advice, but it will best for women when they come forward to avoid politicians, or special interest groups.
If the FBI corroborated, then it will be difficult to confirm Kavanaugh .
My high school days were a disaster. I wouldn’t be confirmed for anything.

    Non sequitur.

Ford's named witnesses did in fact debunk her story.

In fact, they did not. They may have not confirmed. But they didn't debunk. That's why Trump called Ford "credible", and that's why he had to order an investigation.

Trump had to call for an investigation because some wavering Republican senators would otherwise defect.

Not knowing of any such gathering is debunking. If you claim that a ship has sunk and others affirm there was no ship then you have been debunked.

I'm not sure how ANYBODY can claim that they know what really happened other than the people that were there. For all the smoke and mirrors it's still all he said/she said, and what she said does not gel with the little tiny morsels of corroborating evidence that have been presented. She might be telling the truth, and there might be good explanations for every question that arises in the mind of a critical observer. However, as of right now, the only reasons to believe her story are:

    1) She's a woman, and women never lie!

    2) He's a man and all men always lie!

    3) He's a Republican and all Republicans always do bad things and we can't ever give them the benefit of the doubt on anything!

    4) I was assaulted/I know someone who was assaulted and not automatically believing every single accusation, no matter how much or little proof is misogynist and evil!

I hope to God that if Dr.Ford is telling the truth that some other evidence will appear that will absolutely prove it and will expose Kavanaugh for who he really is. If not, then he is innocent until proven guilty of the accusation of sexual assault and SHE is innocent until proven guilty of making false accusations.

    He said/she said.

Well, only some Putinistas would put the burden of proof on the accused so this pending FBI investigation must begin with an interrogation of Christine Blasey Ford. Then her named "witnesses" can reiterate not knowing what Ford is talking about. Then Kavanaugh is voted in.

Whoa, there. If the Republicans were wrong to deny Garland a hearing, then the Democrats were wrong to deploy similar shenanigans here. Real leadership doesn't have room for pettiness, even when it's reciprocal.
