What utility does a master's in pharmacy have?

It's a degree in health care administration specialized for pharmacists:

"The program prepares pharmacists to work in administrative positions in hospitals and other health system organizations, such as nursing homes and clinics."

There are a lot of these programs around. See for example this program at St. John's University in New York City: https://www.stjohns.edu/academics/schools-and-colleges/college-pharmacy-and-health-sciences/programs-and-majors/pharmacy-administration-master-science
