    What utility does a master's in pharmacy have?

    It's a degree in health care administration specialized for pharmacists:

    "The program prepares pharmacists to work in administrative positions in hospitals and other health system organizations, such as nursing homes and clinics."

    There are a lot of these programs around. See for example this program at St. John's University in New York City:
