If there's one thing that Washington is good at it's sticking their nose up into everybody's business. So who's surprised to learn that those Washington politicians are wondering if universities have the right to spend all those taxpayer dollars to hire OPMs to run their degree programs. Personally, I think that I should be appointed to Chair a Blue Ribbon panel to write a white paper on this topic. Now I'm not talking about some piece of yellow journalism. No, I'm not talking about anything that going to give anyone a black eye or make them feel blue. And I'm not interested in looking at this through rose-colored glasses. I want something that will make them green with envy. Some people might see red but I want it to appeal to people across the spectrum, even in the purple states. I have now run out of crayons

If Warren weren't grandstanding, she'd send those letters to university presidents. But they're a Democratic constituency, whereas evil corporations are a convenient boogeyman.

Stereotypes exist because they're often accurate, including in this case.

I can appreciate why college campuses are centers for Democratic thinking. You know, knowledge, progress, change, stuff conservatives actively and vocally hate.

Corporations, unchecked, can be quite evil. It's why I agree with Robert Wade's Governing the Market. I also agree with keeping corporate excesses in check with laws and government regulations. You know, the kind that keep our food safe, air and water clean, workplaces safe, etc.
