There have been a number of reasonable arguments put forth that the Oregon law may not survive a strong challenge on constitutional grounds. I'm not a lawyer so can really only voice a rather uninformed opinion. Which is that the KWU suit is not a strong challenge so we will probably not even get as far into the law to expose these potential weak points before Oregon wins the case.

It is with regret that I will no longer wish to be a member of this site, but recent threads and the responses proffered by "Senior Members" and others leads me to conclude that there is a serious lack of professionalism among the membership. This is exhibited in the name calling and other inappropriate comments and behaviors that I feel are grossly unprofessional, regardless of your level of education or degree. I thank many of you for your ear and gracious and appropriate thought-provoking replies to my previous responses to the various topic discussions on many of the thread of this site. I wish all of you good luck in whatever endeavor brought you to this site in the first place.

I would ask that a site moderator or administrator please remove my subscription and related information from this site's database and fully cancel my member effectively immediately.

Hey, are you the Hazmat guy from Washington? Are you THAT Ralston?
Hey, what happened? What put the burr under your saddle? Can't we work this out?

Gee, I hope Mr. Wilkinson has a better grasp of British education and politics than he has of the American counterparts.

Interesting, what is the purpose of publically announcing that one is no longer going to post in a forum when they have only made 12 posts total?

Hey Ernie, I'm not sure what the problem is but I think you may be taking yourself a bit too seriously.

    Hugs and kisses,

Let's see. Twelve posts, the last of which is a broad-based slam agains "Senior Members" with few specifics, a disingenous nod and a request for dissolution. Very nice.

I don't blame you. The misinformation on this board is shocking sometimes.

So is the clear favouritism shown to the so called "experts".

I was accused of posting at somewhere called "CollegeHints", I have never even heard of it. Of course, that WAS NOT removed, despite it being a personal attack.

Yes but after your post someone almost always corrects it. :D

If you've never heard of CollegeHints then what makes you think that it was a personal attack to say that you once posted there?

  12. Fred Wilkinson

    Fred Wilkinson New Member

Because I have never posted there.

I am requesting removal of that accusation please.

You know Fred, I support you there. Give one of moderators enough info to verify you are who you say you are, located where you say you are, and not some made up persona that appeared one day spouting misinformation just like former posters from Collegehints. Then they should delete that post and the original poster (me) should offer you an apology.

If on the other hand, you aren't who you say you are, you will just continue with more of the same misinformation without supporting facts as you have already posted.

Sorry Frred but your argument is faulty. Let's take another example, let's say that I state that I thought you might be the same Fred that was a member of the Good Deed Doers Club. Would that be an insult if you had never been a member of that club? Would I be making an "accusation"? Perhaps, if the Good Deed Doers Club was really a group of drunken burglars then it would be reasonable to claim that it was an insult. If the Good Deed Doers Club was a highly respected group of good deed doers then how could that be considered an insult?

So, since you claim that you never heard of CollegeHints, what makes you think that it was an insult? ;)

Dave, it was the way your accusation was written that was questionable.

The equivalent would be me asking if your are the same "Dave Hayden" who posted to this:

    http://groups.google.com/groups?q=%2B%22Dave+Hayden%22+%2Bsex&hl=en&lr=&selm=dave.755462305%40bini&rnum=4

    Is that not the same?

The manner in which it was written. That is how.

LOL! Fred is a lot of things and enertaining is one of them. If he didn't spout constant misinformation with absolutely no support he would be tolerable. Instead he likes to jump from thread to thread to thread spreading his support for degree mills and frauds.

    To quote Wilhelm Reich...

    Listen, little man!

Why, here you are, too, Wilkinson. You are a troll and you would like to be a shill if you could figure out how. Your only apparent purpose is to disrupt, distract, and annoy. The problem is, you're not any good at it. Every post of yours--and I mean every post of every kind--is little, wilted, flaccid, unenticing, unarousing and unaroused, inert, impotent, prematurely fired, and sterile withal.
