    Wow!

Seeing that you say I'm not a credible source--and I've encouraged you to go to the proper sources anyway--why don't you? I obviously can say nothing to satisfy your inquiries (and will not try any further; it's futile), so ask someone who can.

And I think I'll start a new thread with his rhetorical question, Does ethics play any role of importance in a business, school or educational program?

    Friends, Romans, countrypersons:

It would be profoundly ironic, not to mention silly, if a thread about friendly face to face meetings turned into a flamewar. Could we please tone things down just a little?

    Thank you.

Oh, never mind; wrong thread. But please do try to be kind to each other anyway.

Poor Shiela and Bill they had these marvelous get rich quick schemes and slimy products that they said were netting almost 3 million dollars a year and they sacrificed it just to improve education here in the USA (or is it Mexico?). Such selfless sacrifice, such wonderful noble motives, such inspiring public service, perhaps I should write congress and nominate them for a medal of some sort? Perhaps I should write the Pope and beg that they be canonized? (Of course if they passed away it might improve the chance that this Pope plan might work.)

Is this kind of strange paper trail common for new new schools that are not degree mills?

This appears to me to be an overly complicated and obtuse trail for tracing ownership. Is this due to the degree mill mentality that seems to infest the MIGS administration? It doesn't make sense that the intent was to protect MIGS from association with the "Queen of the Internet" because MIGS was openly advertised on the research paper web page. The only reason for the convoluted paper trail that I can come up with is a desire to blur the relationship for tax evasion purposes and/or to protect the owners from legal repercussions due to the running of MIGS?
