I did a search, and other than Kaplan Professional Schools (Which is repretable but N/A), I cannot find an online R/A school that offers Real Estate courses. (Excluding Community Colleges at 16 week formats) Specifically, I'm looking to take the eight online courses needed to take the brokers exam per the Calif. DRE; perferably in a short format (8 weeks or less per course). I would take them from Kaplan Professional, but I'd like everything to be R/A, since everything else I have is. Any help would be great.

$4,500 is pretty steep, considering the same coursework at Kaplan is around $500 Thanks for the tip thou :wavey:
I think, but am not sure, that Sierra College or American River used to offer most of their real estate classes in a compressed 8 week format via DL (at least during summer semester) but I haven't checked in a couple of years. A friend who took them back at that time said they were very good classes. If you are taking the classes *only* to get your brokers license, there are a bunch of unwonderful-but-approved programs that are dirt cheap and are acceptable to the CA DRE. Last I looked, there were several that had classes for like $35/class all in. You read a textbook, take a laughably easy open-book exam, and you get your credits.
