Click here to read the NCU newsletter or click here to get more of Dave Wagner or click here to see his alma mater where he "obtained" his unaccredited DBA. BTW, it's illegal to try and pawn off that degree as a real doctorate in some states, such as in Texas or in Michigan, among other places.

But Dave did take a "counter-shillism" course in his DBA program. I heard the curriculum focuses on how to aggressively attack those with good things to say about RA schools while simultaneous evading the fact that the course was taken at a degree mill.

I guess the owner of Degreeinfo is a shrill for Northcentral !

    Hello there!

Interesting! I am glad I don't live there, but that makes me wonder, if I will get arrested if I cross the state line in Texas or Michigan? I better contact them before my next trip there!

SCUPS=NCU ? Does the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA), which was founded in 1895 as one of six regional institutional accreditors in the United States know about this? How about the ACBSP? Do they know SCUPS=NCU?

If they do, another CONSPIRACY! Almost as bad as the open admissions for-profit CONSPIRACY! Much worse than the NCU sending administrators here to log-on using multi user IDs and shrill CONSPIRACY! Even NCU sending people to hassle a certain user here CONSPIRACY pales in comparison!

Call the FBI! Call the Secret Service! Maybe even Homeland Security! Too many conspiracies to handle alone!

To me is very simple, it does not matter!

Honestly, was this necessary? This type of baiting and juvenile behavior is one reason I so rarely post anymore.

I don't think it was necessary either.

This thread is too funny! For a representative of NoCentral U to single me out like this means that I've really ruffled some feathers there. Although it seems like juvenile behavior, it is perfectly logical; if you can't refute the message of the speaker, the next logical step would be to attempt to discredit the speaker. NoCentral U is making me famous by trying to discredit me...

I’m coming late to all of this. There seems to be some history with Dave and NCU?

From what I can gather, Dave you were not a fan of theirs when they were an unaccredited DL company that changed names a couple time. Fine, who would be I guess.

I assume now that they are RA, ACBSP, and have exceptional faculty and students, that you don’t still have some kind of problem with them, right?

Also, I assume that the NoCentral U was once the way they abbreviated their name?

Just trying to see if I care about this.

There is no history. I just became bored with all their shilling one day last year and started commenting on it. Don Hecht might be confusing me with some past adversary from his days at SCUPS and interacting with the other California-State Approved schools. It might even be Don hiding behind these anonymous accounts and behaving this way.

By the way, I don't remember seeing a faculty list. Does one exist?

Dave Wagner has singlehandedly ruined my enjoyment of this forum with his stupidity. I fully support all efforts to ridicule him and will do so until one of us is banned!

Dave Wagner accuses anyone who posts about Northcentral of being a shill.

He is also a staunch defender of diploma mill doctorates, claiming those who do not have doctorates themselves have no right to criticize said diploma mills!

As mentioned in the NoCentral U newsletter, this is a really good idea: "$200 honorarium for your scholarly contributions." In addition to academic staff, alumni and students can receive an honorarium for scholarly activities on behalf of the school. Now that's something innovative and beneficial for the entire school. (See, now even I have to do the NoCentral U shills' job for them... Good shills would have pointed out the honorarium.)

I agree. After the mass exodus, I was looking forward to a forum where participants might not always agree, but wouldn't get personal and especially wouldn't feel the need to gang up on individuals.
It lasted about a month and then "human nature?" reasserted itself.

Well, that's just peachy. Could someone point me to the adult section of the forum?

I have only seen the name used here and usually by a single individual. Others may use to make fun of this person in a sacastic manner.

I believe it is baiting and juvenile behavior by this individual. Do a search of the term here and you will see for yourself. I have people I know do a search with the childish name and the individual usually involved using Search: Advanced search. Tells anyone interested all they need to know.

Something to care about? Most likely not. NCU continues to grow and is a quality school with CHEA rcognized ACBSP acreditation.

But you knew that already! :)

Dave, you're obviously a smart guy, so I don't need to lecture you on trademark infringement and dilution.

This is another example of why I chose to save around 20K+ in tuition to a school such as NCU and complete my State approved DBA at BSU.

I did not need the doctoral degree for my profession, even though my employer had no problem adding it to my annual expense budget.

NCU, has a connection with SCUPs, which attempted accreditation, but failed in the first go around and could not afford to continue without the lucrative doctorate programs that are their bread and butter.

And State approved doctorate degrees do not have a market?
