The University of the Commonwealth Caribbean main campus.

At first I thought it was a commercial office building, not a university campus. I see there are lots of universities in Jamaica surrounded by greenery so I'm guessing that building is a function of being in downtown Kingston?

Either that, or it's a function of being a 4-storey parking lot, made of huge blue Lego bricks. That's what it looks like to me. But of course, it's a University. And their "6-month accelerated program" is an MBA. Yeah, right. Maybe they got ASIC mixed up with AACSB, by mistake. I don't wanna know.

    They're legitimately accredited.

Good observation. UCC's main campus is located in New Kingston (uptown), which is the financial capital of the country. Uptown is also home to Bob Marley Museum (which I visited yesterday), many government ministries (cabinet portfolios), the prime minister's office and residence, and most embassies and high commissions (including the U.S., Nigeria, Canada, and Britain).

Most of Jamaica's traditional colleges and universities are located on properties that look like typical college campuses.

However, fewer smaller ones may have their campuses in town centers. UCC was a merger of the Institute of Management and Production and the Institute of Management Sciences. I think it was the former that occupied 17 Worthington Terrace, where UCC's main campus is currently. The campus was always small, but I think they've done some expansion. They also have another campus not far away. That's the one I attended when I was going for my B.S. in HRM. But I think it's temporarily closed. https://www.ucc.edu.jm/our-campuses

Anyway, UCC is supposed to construct a Town Campus as part of its growth.

It will also build a "knowledge city," which will also house satellite campuses of local and foreign institutions. https://www.jamaicaobserver.com/news/new-ucc-president-dr-haldane-davies-on-growth-mission/

    I know that.
We went through that near the beginning. But, as we covered, they also have ASIC, for whatever reason. I felt with this supposed "Accelerated MBA" which is NOT a degree, sarcasm was in order. They're doing something here in a way a legit university (which they are) shouldn't do it. Am I wrong?

And the fact I think their premises are hideous does not reflect on their legitimacy. Only their action in promoting this "accelerated" thingy as an MBA does that.

Agreed that while legitimately accredited they are raising some red flags. A little sketchy, as the kids (used to) say.

They say the MBA is six months and $3,850, but you can expect it to take several times longer than planned to assemble, since it appears to come from an IKEA.

Wes Moore was recently in Jamaica to deliver UCC's commencement speech.

So, you can say WES approved it. Clever move! :)
