I’ve always tended toward higher quality clothes but inexplicably my clothes have shrunk over the years. Can’t think why…

 

Mine did too, but I turned that right around when I had heart problems. I think it often takes something like that to motivate people. In COVID times, I gained back the "COVID 15" like everyone else. But I buckled down and lost it promptly thereafter. Today, I weigh exactly what I did around age 25, Seems to be working for me. I know I can still run for a bus.

And in my town, when you get to 80, as I have - the buses are FREE!

A regular monthly adult bus pass here is $114.49. When I was 21 you could lease a brand new Ford Mustang (First Model year, 64 1/2) for around $68 a month. The convertible was around $75 a month!
