John Bear asks for help: Western Central Advanced University

Just got a tear-stained letter from a man in Singapore whose work permit was not renewed because of his degree from this school. He appealed the decision, claiming he had been fooled by a fake school, and the authorities in Singapore want further information. I find a "Western Advanced Central University" on Axact lists, so maybe he got it wrong . . . but he mentions the name 3 or 4 times in his letter. Many thanks from John,
