It's Trump. Of course it's Trump.

Well, I suppose the Biden campaign is happy about it.

Haley was surprisingly strong. But I don't know how she will be able to survive getting shellacked in her home state.

It is good for Biden. I think Trump will be way easier to beat in the general election than Nikki Haley. I don't like it though. I want Trump as far away from the Oval Office as possible.

It's almost like we knew this was inevitable all along and any depiction of this as a real race was to sell ads on news sites.

It was interesting that most of Trump's opponents were actually Trump supporters. It's hard to run against a guy you're actually supporting for the nomination. Scott, Ramaswamy, DeSantis, and Haley are all in that category.

They ran for the nomination but not against Trump. Remarkable.

The one candidate that did attack Trump was Chris Christie and he was among the first to fall. The GOP is no longer a normal political party. It is a cult of personality around one man.

A highlight of a disgusting moment in time, which is being heralded as a sound bite win for Trump, is him using Scott to tear down Haley on stage. Scott deflected, unwilling to stoop to that level to be in Trump’s good graces, yet. It is pure delusion for anyone that is clamoring to be in that inner circle not to know that they are there solely for Trump’s manipulation.

Indeed it is - and anyone who saw Trump's old TV show "The Apprentice" would know that. Some of those contestants would do ANYTHING to sabotage others. Trump would knowingly reward them.

That show could have served as a warning for later times. But really, who knew?

We see that the Biden / Trump elections will take place this year.
Unless some unforeseen force like illness of the candidates etc.

Scott is a puto. DeSantis would aspire to puto-hood but the moral aspects are beyond him.

By the way, to Johann especially, the masculine form is heard (under one's breath) here and in Northern Mexico but I don't know whether the usage is "official". It is an extremely nasty thing to say which is why I said it. Anyway, it means exactly what you think it means right down to the nittiest of grit.

The two biggest complaints about Biden is that he's old and he's failing to do anything about the border. So, who do the Republicans want to nominate? And old man who insists the Republicans do nothing about the border (so as not to give Biden a "victory" on the issue).

For the life of me, I don't understand why Trump just can't move on with his victory instead of fixating on Haley and in the most derogatory of ways. Is he that insecure or just a street fighter?

Narcissists are just naturally insecure. It's a constant state of insecurity.

Probably - or maybe Trump just loves a dirty fight - especially against a woman.

It makes his supporters happy when he attacks the "right" people (in their minds).
