I need some help w/Unisa

The problem with the doctoral programs is that the admission is very rigid. If you want to take a Doctorate in a particular subject you need to have a bachelor with honors in that field. It cannot be of a different field. It is quite different from USA doctoral programs where you can have the flexibility of changing subjects that are similar.

 

I have not found this to be the case. However, if there is a gap, it can be filled with a grad diploma prior to moving on to the PhD.
