Greetings! I am getting ready to enroll into Aspen's Ed.D. program and would like to know anything you may want to share with the program. Are you satisfied? Can you let me know the typical workload as far as papers for one of the typical Ed.D. courses? I know this is asking a lot but would find your opinion helpful. Thank you.

Thank you for reading my message. I've followed many of your threads for some time. I'm very impressed with your knowledge and the feedback that you provide to others. I am interested in the Ed.D. program at Aspen. I currently teach at a community college, but would like to switch gears and develop a charter school in the near future. I will honestly admit that I am VERY intimidated by pursuing a doctorate. I have two preschool-aged children and my husband is currently finish an engineering degree (not to mention that it's been a long time since I've been a student). Could you share a little insight on what your experience has been with Aspen thus far? Would you say that the courses were extremely rigorous or appropriately challenging? Are you able to balance your career, social life, and family with the responsibilities of the program? Any tips or advice you could give would help me tremendously.
