    Any individual, even with a license to practice at the masters degree level in a mental health profession (in any state), falsely promotes him/herself as a Psychologist, implying that they possess a doctorate in Psychology, is in violation of a serious breach of professional conduct; misrepresenting themselves to the public and engaging in misleading behavior. This violation will not be perceived by the board of licensure as poor judgment or a matter of being egotistical but of intentional engagement in professional misconduct. The consequences will most probably be severe and the transgressor will be in danger of losing his/her license to practice even on the masters level.

    Yeah I suppose you could be quite right. If it's really that big a thing I'd say it's all the more reason to drop a dime on the guy.
