Tulsa has a decent program, a few bumps, but I think they all have them.

Based on the feedback ( and my requirements for name , with residency and cost less than $50,000 ), the place I would like to do my MBA is Syracuse. If not that ( i.e. if not admitted is Penn State).

 

With that budget you should have little problem finding a great program.

Have you taken the GMAT yet? That'll probably be a factor with some of the top schools.
